I try to give them a benefit of the doubt I’m a very nice person, but I’m not going to let anyone walk all over me. My big thing is that I didn’t come to purchase a car to be without a car less than a month. I did a good review at first but I took it down because these people is very unprofessional especially after I spent my hard earned money here. Do not come here to send any kind of money, cars are no good they sell lemons, thank me later. I came to them more then once about my coolant leak , before the coolant leak I got a diagnostics from my mechanic and he told me that the engine was poorly installed. So I ask to be put in to something else or I get a refund Bc a faulty engine is a safety hazard. The Manager told me he couldn’t do it. They can only fix the coolant leak. When I got my car back they told me that they fixed it twice, after he told me that they fixed it twice I asked for documentation that the vehicle has been worked on, he couldn’t show me it. I only had the car for less then a month. when I told them I still had a problem with coolant leak. They make it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about, so fast forward four days later my car completely shut off on me I loss steering control and my check engine light came on, then the car wouldn’t crank up. I went to get a engine test the next day to see what was wrong with the car. Turns out that whatever work that was done wasn’t done correctly, my car overheated and did an emergency shut down. Not only that my water outlet is ruining as well. This place needs to be shut down and held accountable for fraud and misrepresentation on the vehicle, I will be contacting the attorney General office and taking them to small claims court for putting me in something unsafe and unreliable.

I bought a car from them and had a great experience. They were very professional and respectful, and everything was clear and smooth. Their prices were also very reasonable. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

0 stars. This place is a rip off. Amir and Sam are both liars and scammers. They sell garbage cars and tell you it has a warranty. The warranty will not fix your car. I told amir I wasn't comfortable signing anything that said I looked over the car. He said said we have a warranty company that will cover the engine and the transmission. The warranty covered $2000 on a $6500 repair. Mind you the car was only $7000 smh. Instead of doing the right thing amir and his boss Sam called the police on me. The police gave me a police report for court. Don't buy anything from these crooks. Their website has a bunch of fake reviews that I'm going to report to goggle the BBB and Yelp. Ill do everything in my power to make sure they don't do this again. Just look up the reviews. You don't have to take my word for it. They are crooked and shady all the way. Sta far away from this place.

Great experience working with Pars Auto in Auckland when buying my campervan. They worked to make sure the van was in great condition and that it was a good fit for me. I believe Naser is a good businessman and knows his cars. It has been 3 months and we are still so happy with the van, no issues, no problems.💛
