I called several shop to get an estimate to service my transmission. Called New Images Benz and spoke with Clive on a Friday and he fitted me in on his off day ( Saturday ). Clive is very professional and knowledgeable which made the service a good experience coming from a Benz mechanic shop. Affordable prices with great service !!! I highly recommend 10/10

Just had my first Schedule A service completed at New Image Benz. Clive (the Master Mechanic and owner) not only completed my service, but also took me underneath my car to show me my front tires will need to be replaced soon, based on the remaining tread. Clive also provided me with a list of things to be done in the future, to ensure my car runs smoothly. Overall, it was just a great experience! No pressure for unneeded repairs, while giving a more than fair price for the service provided. I encourage any Benz owner to give him a try; we all know dealer repairs/services can be extremely costly. Definitely deserves 5 stars!
