L & M Auto Brokers

I didn't have a good experience. First, the photos are a bit deceiving. This dealership is a residential house on a residential street and it has an auto mechanic shop positioned behind the house. I initially found this place via the CarGurus.com website earlier this week. A rep with L&M Auto Brokers replied to my interest in an Nissan Altima via text messaging. I let her know that I would come look at the car on that upcoming Saturday around 2pm. She attained my name and said 'okay' to the visit. She even said that the car was still available. And she answered my questions about attaining a Carfax report and answered questions about the vehicle price. Saturday arrives. We drive to L&M Auto Brokers per GPS and quickly drove passed it. We didn't realize that the dealership was in the mist of tradional houses. The house appeared older and vacant. There was an gate with a "temporarily closed" sign on it. But part of the gate was open. We saw a man multi-tasking outside of a hidden auto service shop further back. So we decided to drive through the gate and ask him questions. 1) The L&M Auto Brokers is closed on Saturdays. Only open Monday through Friday. I failed to check the operation hour on Google. But the orginal rep never told me that via text during our conversation. 2) The business name has changed. The man said that it's no longer L&M Auto Brokers. It's now something Auto Services and Sales. 3) The Auto Services and Sales business that we thought was a hidden business is actually the dealership itself. The lot held about 10 to 20 collision vehicles, torn vehicles to the left side. It had maybe two or three vehicles parked to the right. There was not a decent looking silver Nissan Altima parked in that parking lot. I was so shocked and disappointed. Unfortunately this car listing via Car Gurus wasn't accurate. Also the L&M Auto Brokers rep was not accurate with information. Needless to say, I didn't get to view the car. And no one ever replied to my text message today when I reached out at 1:55pm. I likely won't buy a car from them. Please careful if dealing with this dealership.

My experience was nothing less than awesome ben went up and beyond to make sure everything was beyond my standards. The actually owner is awesome this was my FIRST CAR and he made sure to give me pointers to help maintenance the car (how often to get oil chances etc..) THIS PLACE MADE MY FIRST CAR EXPERIENCE EVERYTHING!!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! I put $2800 down on a car that doesn’t work . THE OWNER DOESNT CARE FOR HIS CUSTOMERS, He said no to a trade in that his employee offered. WHEN HIS CARS LEAK FLUIDS THAT YOURE NOT SUPPOSED TO INHALE. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON THE VERY NEXT DAY AND THE TRANSMISSION IS OVER

Bought a car from ben. Had a current emissions from just a few days before. Yet before i made it home a check engine light was on. Went to get the code read. Sure enough 02 and catalytic converter.. it was shot. My mechanic discovered that and a list of other things it needed. I knew it would need brakes, tie rods , rack and pinion and some minoe things. But i can tell what they did. They probably disconnected the battery got the code off and while in cycle mode. A code wont pop again usually for 30 or 40 miles. So they got it to pass inspection. And sold it . I drove it 40 miles home. Halfway back . Check engine. Its poor business practices. Also 100 Percent ILLEGAL to sale a car in Ga with the catalytic issue ! And they fully knew this ! Shady business practices. I did reach out before this review. And no response. Crickets! I know they saw the msg as well. Since we respondsd on fb marketplace. The msg shows read and no response.. So buyer beware. Or really buy somewhere else..

L&M Auto Brokers are the ones! I always take my car to be serviced, or if I have any concerns. I recently took my 2015 Honda Civic to be looked at due to some issues with it not starting. We narrowed it down to the starter. Not only were they professional, but they really look after your best interest as if you’re family. Was able to order the part and they installed it for me. Thank you, Lee and Luke! 10/10 recommend.
