0 Stars, this shop destroyed more then they fixed. The owner GLEN is a fraudster. I simply needed a battery, somehow just needing a simple battery lead to my hood being destroyed and costing me over $400. Glen tells me I needed a new alternator, He puts it on takes another $407 of my money but forgot to but the SERPENTINE BELT on. How is this possible ? How do “professionals “ forget such an important part of the alternator? That alternator was shiny, they’d never even tried to put one on. DO NOT TRUST THIS CROOK

Do not and I mean Do Not take your car here they screwed my family car by trying to scrap it... It jus went in for a engine swap and they are also rude and they don't fix nothing but a oil change and don't do that right from what I hear from other customers and this is how I got my car back from them

Let me start this off with saying I do not write reviews so for me to take time out of my busy schedule to write this means that you should listen up. I spent over $6000 with GT automotive and Mr. Glenn. I was in a time of need, and they took advantage of me by selling me an entire Engine with a one month warranty. I didn't think twice about it because I just needed my car up and running and I did what I could to have the money. I paid them a $2500 deposit and paid the rest when I picked the car up after the work was done. Within one month , the engine was already giving me problems from not starting to jumping. I keep regular maintenance on my car as my brother is a tech at a dealership. He changes my oil every three months. . I am extremely dissatisfied with my service and do not recommend anybody to visit here because they cannot speak to the work that they do.

GT Automotive is a trash auto shop. I had a compressor fixed on my vehicle for over $1500. When it was time to pay he charged me an extra $400. Basically the same price the dealership would have charged. A year later the compressor went out and when I had the vehicle taken back they couldn't find the receipt, then the mechanic was extremely rude. All of a sudden he was so busy but was doing nothing when we pulled up with the vehicle. They couldn't verify if the compressor still had a warranty. So basically I have to get another compressor and pay for parts and labor. Very disappointing. Probably replaced my compressor with an aftermarket part and kept the money and overcharged me.
