I went in just for a quick check because I was planning a road trip. They inspected tread depth and air pressure on all tires and also checked the spare. One tire was borderline worn, and they advised monitoring it instead of pushing an immediate replacement.

I went straight back there. They told me they didn’t put hair in the tire So they put some in the tire wake up Monday morning to go to work my tire was completely flat. I drove to the gas station put Hair in. It went to work on my lunch break. I called. I told him my tire is completely flat and I was there yesterday twice they said to bring it in. They will change the tire no problem. now am just here to get the tire changed. The guy’s gonna tell me that’s not his problem. He don’t give a damn if I put $10 $20 worth of hair in it He don’t give a damn it’s a used tire and he don’t give a damn you don’t talk to your customer like that. I didn’t get the tire for free. I purchased a tire that’s bad business i’m very unprofessional
