I paid $120 for a compression test and asked them too only check cylinder #1. The result was reported as 90 PSI, but no leak-down test was performed and no other cylinders were tested. I didn’t ask for the extra tests. I was then quoted an additional $250 to perform a full compression test on the remaining cylinders. As a customer, I was disappointed that a diagnosis was being discussed based on a single cylinder reading without more comprehensive testing to determine the root cause of the issue. (No leak down test and no full compression test of all 8 cylinders) they told me that my mechanics were bad and it could be this or that and it’s going to costs thousands of dollars to fix my engine. I’m willing to pay for good information My main concern is not what was tested—I was the one who instructed them to test only cylinder #1. My concern is that after paying $120 for that test, I was then quoted an additional $250 to test the remaining cylinders and was told I would receive only a $25 credit toward that amount. I do not believe a $25 credit fairly reflects the amount I already paid for the initial test. I understand diagnostic work takes time and skill, but I wasn’t expecting a full evaluation without further testing being completed first. At a minimum, I would have liked clearer communication about the diagnostic process. If you’re considering this shop, make sure you understand exactly what diagnostics will be performed, and whether a leak-down test is included before authorizing work. I feel like this shop didn’t want to take on my engine and tried their best to just pawn me off elsewhere

I was quoted the lesser amount for their diagnostics. service $98.89, However when I got there the price went up.an it could hv been a lick of training. you ask the problems the customer is experiencing for a reason!!!! So as a courtesy I was allowed to get service for $120, However the diagnosis result was the antilock tracking device. It was removed.which was costly but not to the extent of their PRICE. THAT WAS NOT THE PROBLEM AFTER REMOVEED!! Becareful with this Co., If I would refer someone NO That's how business grow by one too another the customer satisfactory opinions matters an ALL MONEY IS NOT GOOD MONEY. Cond: 11/10 I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THE MANAGER. APOLOGIZING FOR ANY MISUNDERSTANDING IN REFERENCE TO SERVICE RENDERED. IN ADDITION, THIS COMPANY OFFERED CREDITS FOR ANY OIL CHANGES ETC., WITH THAT SAID I LIKE TO MAKE THAT KNOWN AND GOING FORWARD TO THANK THEM FOR SOMETHING YOU DON'T SEE OFTEN IS MAKING SATISFACTORY FUTURE SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS 💯

When I first went to the shop I was skeptical. It was too good to be true. Michael the service advisor took me in and treated me with respect and professionalism. Even though my vehicle was not a salvageable situation, Michael took the time to have his professional mechanics diagnose it and let me know that it was time to trade or sell it. I advised Michael that I would be willing to spend three or $4,000 on the repairs, Michael told me that the vehicle would have more problems down the road and it would be a continuous money pit. I paid the diagnostic fee and Michael earned my respect and my business for the life of any vehicle I have. That man is one of the most honest people I know and I will always go back there
