View on GoogleSo first off I love coming to this Tire Plus location. I went through the car wash and noticed a slash in my tire. I didn't know where the slash came from. I needed a run flat tire ASAP being that the tire pressure was running low. I called and spoke with Mrs. Lillian who checked to see if there was a run flat in stock and Lord knows they had one. I was literally a few minutes away and she told me that they could take me. Needless to say my tire was replaced and I was on my way. Won't he do it. I recommend tire plus hands down. I appreciate the tech as well as Mrs Lillian for getting me taken care of.
View on GoogleThey should eliminate their appointment system. No matter what time you book the appointment, you're still going to wait more than an hour to have your car pulled in. There has never been a time when I didn’t have to wait for at least 2 hours to get my car back, and I scheduled all of my services. Also, Tara shouldn't be anywhere near that desk. Her customer service skills are atrocious! Lillian was always pleasant and very helpful.
