They did a great job on my transmission on my Silverado. The time it took them to rebuild my transmission was only a few days. I felt good about the warranty and cost of the repair. Everyone was very professional and made this a smooth process. I would recommend them to anyone that needs transmission repair.
View on GoogleI went to my mechanic and was quoted 4500 dollars to rebuild my transmission I called Thurman’s transmission and they said 2500 rebuilt and complete job. When I pulled in with my Hummer I expected them to see dollar signs and charge me as much as they can as most shops do when they see my truck . An hour after I dropped it off they called me to say it is fixed and all it needed was a fuse. 120 dollar shop charge. My wife and I thank God for sending us to such an honest man .. we are so thankful. Franklin and Jessie
View on GoogleI was told by another transmission shop that I need a new transmission. I had the transmission replaced with a new unit approximately 100k miles ago. I took it to Thurmans & they found that I had a faulty wiring harness. I went in expecting to come out of pocket for a new transmission but instead they saved me about $2000+ dollars. Its been 9 months now & still no issues. I appreciate the honesty & the ability to actually fix the issue. I will definitely be using Thurmans for anything related to transmission repairs/replacement.

View on GoogleFrom the first phone call to the last conversation, I was treated like a friend. They were honest and up front about my vehicle. The quote I got was the exact amount I paid upon completion. Exact means down to the penny. They thoroughly explained the problem before they began repairs. As soon as I gave them authorization they started rebuilding my transmission. 3 short days later I was back in the saddle again. I felt the difference immediately! For real y’all, these guys are awesome. I will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone I come in contact with. Try them out and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Marc
