I was referred to this shop by very reputable people but my experience was by far very different from theirs. I spoke with Mr Pinkston in November of 2020 about a project I was working on. We discussed the things that I wanted and agreed on a price to have the work completed. Mr Pinkston kept my vehicle for almost two months and when I picked it up yesterday I was so disappointed. The paint job was terrible. It had run marks and dried bugs in the paint. It was awful. The only saving grace was he refunded half of my money back. I feel like I was lied to on multiple occasions regarding my repairs and I was highly disappointed. I don’t recommend at all.

Wouldn't recommend them ever. They had the vehicle for nearly 8 months, failed to meet every deadline they set, broke every promise made, stole parts, I had to pay to have vehicle towed to different shop after they got evicted from their old place. Stay AWAY at all costs or you'll definitely be paying a ridiculous cost in every sense of the word. -100 stars.

I took my vehicle to Pinkston Automotive because someone referred him to me. I had some dents that needed to removed. Not only did he repair the dents, he painted both doors as well as the hood to ensure that everything matched. Excellent service and a reasonable price. I am extremely happy with how my car turned out. I highly recommend Pinkston Automotive for any car repairs or paint job.

Mr. Pinkston is a noble man and very knowledgeable about cars. He's been my mechanic for some years now and I trust him. I'm a single woman and don't have anyone to take care of car issues when they arise, but he helps me by not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge related to cars and I know his prices are pretty fair. I am very thankful for him! A hard working, honest Black man running a great business!
