My experience was good overall. The shop isn’t fancy, but the staff is practical and focused. They fixed a valve leak I didn’t even know about and rechecked all tires before finishing. The car feels safer now, especially on longer drives.
View on GoogleI always take both of my vehicles to this gentlemen whenever I need air in my tires as a matter of fact I just stopped by to day for tires and no matter how long in between the times I return he is ALWAYS so kind. He puts air in the tires and move on to the next customer. He doesn't even charge like some other shops will rip you off for air and that means a lot to me so I always give him something in hand.. View on GoogleI took my vehicle in that was only a year old. To have its first set of tires put on . The guy broke the front right tire sensor. Told me it was never there. Keep in mind the light was not on when I went in and this is almost a brand new vehicle. He wanted to argue with me saying that there was never a tire sensor in that tire. I do not recommend going there. He did not offer to replace it. And it's not even expensive sensor it's just a point of him lying.
View on GoogleThe guy I dealt with has bad customer service. He just wanted to over talk me and then told me to go somewhere. I asked him for 2 same brand tires and he said he only had one. He said he didn’t have 2 of the same but I saw 2 of the same. To tell customers to go somewhere else because I wanted to look at 2 tires he said he didn’t have in the first place is rude and bad business. He was working alone and had a lot of people waiting on him but you still need to provide good customer service. I got home and realized a plug was in one tire so I went back to tell him why he put a plug. Instantly he says just pull up I’ll take it off and put your tires back. He could have told me it’s a tire he needs to plug. Bad bad bad service from the African guy. If you’re a lady make sure you take a guy
View on GoogleIncredible staff! I was traveling alone with my two kids coming home from North Ga headed to Southwest Florida. I got a flat thanks to a huge nail. Luckily I have AAA ( they put my donut on ) I made it to the exit and found this small tire shop. The staff was UNBELIEVABLE! SUPER friendly , helpful and efficient! They patched my tire , filled it , put the tire on and put the spare away where it belongs ! ( they also helped me unpack and re pack my trunk ) Greatest thing- it was like $7 .... Thanks for helping a mom out !
