My experience at this shop had been nothing but pleasant. I walked into a very nice calm atmosphere.They gave me an estimate the same day and broke down the entire process of what would be happening with my vehicle to make sure that I was informed of everything. Donna went above and beyond to give me various repair options to make sure that no repair was gonna be too much strain if I was going to pay it out of pocket. This was the first shop that actually offered to try to fix the hood before just saying, "no, we need to replace it". Chloe was also wonderful. When enterprise was taking their time to drop me off at the shop they gave me time to get there and pick up my vehicle even though they were preparing to close. They have some wonderful ladies in this office and the guys in the back did a great job as well. I would have no problem. Bringing my vehicle back to them.

February 2026 Excellent service! Donna and Chloe explained everything, answered all my questions. I dropped my truck off on a Friday and was told it was ready the following Wednesday. They went above and beyond to help me with some additional things.

View on GoogleMy tire fell off because a mechanic shop didn’t tighten my lugs. Thankfully the shop agreed to pay for the repairs and sent me to this Maaco. I was really worried because my car is a GT, and they didn’t make a ton of them so the parts needed aren’t the same as the regular models. I was also worried because the color is a pearl finish and it can be very hard to replicate those types of paint. I’m very happy to say that they did a bang up job and my car looks fantastic. They were also very easy to work with and got my car done in a matter of a few days. They even made arrangements for me to pick my car up after hours as it was the only time I was available to do so. Thanks Maaco!
