went to this shop after already receiving a diagnostic from Goodyear stating my vehicle needed a camshaft position sensor and VVT solenoid replacement. I was trying to get clarification and pricing regarding the repair, but I felt the communication was unclear and that my concerns were not fully addressed. I understand mechanics may want to verify issues themselves, but I was hoping for more transparency and a clearer explanation of the process before additional charges were discussed. The experience left me feeling uncertain and frustrated. I recommend customers ask detailed questions upfront about diagnostics, labor, and parts before agreeing to service. Thank you for your response. I understand that many repair shops prefer to perform their own diagnostics before completing repairs, and I respect that process. My concern was not about paying for a diagnostic, but rather the communication and how the situation was handled. At no point was I disrespectful to your staff. I simply asked questions to better understand the repair process and pricing after already receiving a diagnosis from another shop. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to seek clarification before agreeing to additional work or charges. I shared my experience honestly based on how the interaction made me feel. I wish your business the best moving forward. Please control your emotions and have some emotional intelligence!

If I still lived in the area, Liberty auto would get all my car care business. He is kind and very knowledgeable. He was always happy to check my tire pressure when I pulled in and asked, refused any charge or tip. When he put new brakes and tires on my car, he did a great job in a timely manner. He's a fine example of a proud American.

If you are reading this know that this is a genuine and honest review. I am a 20 something year old young lady, I don’t know nothing about a car, to the point where if you showed me a steering wheel and a steering wheel cover I’d probably be confused. I joke I joke but in all seriousness, I came into Liberty with an issue discovered by another auto shop in the area, same day walk in and then was helped IMMEDIATELY. Turns out the issue another shop told me about it wasn’t was needed to be repaired. I was specifically shown and taught what was going on with my vehicle. I was stressed and feeling under the weather but I was well taken care of. My car was not only fixed with its intial and actual issue but I was educated on things to look out for, the current condition on other parts of my car and though i take reallly good care of my car things i can plan for in the future that would bring me to another level. Liberty has a for sure and forever customer out of me and I want to say I appreciate everything done for me.

They did a FANTASTIC job repairing my Honda Odyssey. Exceptional workmanship! Fixed my oil leak problem and brought my recently purchased van (high mileage) back to life and now it drives amazing. I am grateful and I will definitely be coming back again. God bless

Dropped my car off for suspension work. Work was completed properly and in a timely manner. I knew it wouldn't be done immediately and didn't place unreal expectations on the owner who was the only one running the business and doing all the service work. He even rotated tires and threw in an alignment. Will definitely be coming back. Brought my brother over for a quick brake job on his car as well. Good honest work from a hard working guy. I am going back next week for service on another vehicle. Best place around and I will not be going anywhere else!!!
