After about a hr told me they couldn’t get the right side right, I needed new struts. Bought & installed new struts. Brought it back & paid for another alignment but they still couldn’t get it right after quizzing me on struts said it had to be the lower control arm that the strut sits on. Replaced the entire front suspension & decided to take it somewhere else. Glad I did cause they told me on my car you have to adjust the subframe to adjust the camber. They were also surprised y’all just guessed at what the problem was. Before this your tech tried to argue me down about a 06 dodge charger srt8 front wheel bearing needing to be pressed into a hub assembly when it actually slides onto the axle. I should have known then to keep it pushing lol *Edit after owner responded You’re the shop that wanted me to fix other things that weren’t broken, reason for my complaint. My struts were & still are fine. Tires were good. The mechanic that replaced my entire front suspension noted bushings other wise the parts were still good. YouTube 06-10 charger srt8 front wheel bearings so you can see there is no hub & the wheel bearing slides onto the axle, I’m laughing at y’all’s incompetence. No one asked for you to do anything for free, it’s a business.. poorly run but a business nun the less, i know how it works. My problem was the subframe & your mechanic would have know if they knew what they were doing. Precision Auto figured it out & didn’t give me the run around. I’d hate to see how yall treat women that come through Good day

Good Times Auto on Henry Blvd has done work for me several times! My last experience was a little challenging! I went there to have a fuel pump replaced! After dropping my gas tank the fuel pump was replaced but somehow I had the vacuum part broken! I'm not sure how that happened but I was very upset! I have my own idea! I had to replace my gas tank!! After three rejected fuel tanks I decided to find my own fuel tank! They kept my truck for three weeks! The engine light would not stay off! I was frustrated and angry!!! But the boss lady really did her research and redeemed herself! She worked very hard and and found out why the engine light would not stay off! Someone in the past had wired a sensor thing on top of the motor incorrectly! She had her mechanic fix the problem! I commend her for figuring out the problem! My truck is still fixed and no engine light on!!! I recommend Good Times Auto to anyone who needs work done! They have good equipment and fair prices! They're still my place to go to for my mechanical needs! Thank you Good Times Auto for all you have done for me!!! 🤠

I wish I could relate lower. They charged me over $2,000 to fix my car. After getting it ”fixed” the same issues persisted and they weren’t able to accurately find the issue and weren’t willing to give a refund. I left the shop with my car in the same condition as when I brought it in and with my $2000 gone. She called the police on me and said I need to go to court, instead of them just doing the right thing. Dishonest, unfair, and will put their profit over the customer.

On January 2,2025 brought my vehicle in for oil change service. Upon completion I checked my vehicle before paying, while checking I notice that they never changed my oil filter SMH I asked why my oil filter wasn't change there reason oil filter to tight mechanic couldn't take off. But brought my vehicle like they were done and wanted me to pay for full oil change. I told them no I'm not paying. The attendant call the police like that even matter to me, But here's the Kicker Mgr said u can go under your vehicle and take oil filter off yourself we not responsible for any damages. Words exchange wouldn't release my vehicle while Police still present. I instructed and stood on business made them get my vehicle corrected. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT FOR BUSINESS!!!!!!! DONT SPEND YOUR $$$$$$ HERE NEVER!!!!!!!!! Hilarious Lies you Tell, you all brought my vehicle back as if it were done. When I asked to check and lift hood I notice the oil filter wasn't changed. I asked why oil filter wasn't changed. Upon your investigation the mechanic never told you he couldn't remove oil filter. You all would have let me leave and got my money knowing yall didn't change filter. It just amazes me how business wanna take from the consumer to keep you in business. Only in America 🇺🇸

This place is very dishonest. The man diagnosed my car as needing a ballast for my headlight. A few weeks later I came back with one I had purchased myself, and the man tells me I don't need that. It was just some wiring that cost me $45 to fix. When I first went he told me that it was going to be $400 plus job. He just wanted to make that money off me. But because I went and got my own part he then changed his tune. He also charged me $90 just to give me that initial false diagnosis but told me I could use that $90 towards my work. That was just a complete lie. He tries to do a lot fast talking but he is a total liar. I also needed a tail light repaired and he tells me I need some part that cost $200 plus dollars. He then tells me I need to leave a deposit so he can order it. That was also a lie because when I said forget about it, he magically finds a way to fix the light. Such a a horrible experience with this place and the reason why I dislike Mechanics, because they are so dishonest. I will never go here again. Not in this life!
