I requested a mobile mechanic to perform a diagnostics on my car. Paid the fees before the mechanic arrived per DJ's request. DJ said he would send a quote after his mechanic checked my car. When the mechanic arrived, he looked at my car for maybe 2-5 minutes before he left. I never received a quote or an update until I messaged him a couple of days later, asking him for the quote. Seems like a waste of money at least in my experience when it comes to the mobile service/diagnostic.

Dj is a nice guy, but when it comes to effective communication, that's where he had me lost. I brought my car in with the intent and the ONLY communication of having my engine REPLACED. The same night I brought it in, DJ took it upon his self to take my engine apart and the next day tried to sell me into having him rebuild my engine instead. With the steps he'd already taken and ensuring me my engine will be like new, I went ahead with it. What would've been a $1,550 bill ended up costing me $2,950, almost $3,000, not including a replacement engine. Long story short, after 1 whole month of DJ keeping my car, I picked up up today only to have the engine stall with me on the highway. If you need a light bulb changed, I recommend. But for big jobs like having him work on your engine, I strongly oppose. I ended up having to buy a new car. Just all around horrible. Update: This isn't about my radiator, it's about my engine still not running after spending almost $4,000 to rebuild my engine, in which you took upon yourself to start before agreeing. Initial agreement was to have engine replaced. Text messages are still there. But since we're adults, I won't even entertain it anymore further. You're more than welcome to make it right because my vehicle is still sitting.

Very fast courteous and pro sessional service. Will definitely use this service again. And I'm telling my family and friends to as well.
