Returning customer here: I dared to ask a question about my $1000 repair quote, so I was punished by having my car sit for a week while I got the runaround from the front desk guys. They assured me they would call me back in a few minutes after they talked to the mechanic. Come to find out, the mechanic (Lavon) had been out of town for days. Why agree to even take my car if you were planning to go out of town? Thanks a lot, guys. Top notch service.

Definitely would not recommend. I brought my car in for a simple alignment. They ended up breaking a bolt and told me it was because it was rusted. What should have been about a one-hour job turned into two days, and in the end they never even completed the alignment. The worst part is that when I got the car back, it was pulling much harder to the left than it was before I brought it in. I ended up taking it to my regular mechanic. The only reason I didn't go to him in the first place is because he's over an hour away, and I figured an alignment is a basic service that any shop should be able to handle. I was wrong. Without me saying a word, my mechanic immediately asked if someone had recently worked on the car and said the job had been completely botched. When I picked the car up after two days, nobody could really explain what had happened. I wasn't given a receipt, and it felt like they just wanted me out the door as quickly as possible. Five minutes later I called back with questions and was told the person I had been dealing with had already left and wasn't available. I asked for a receipt to be emailed to me and requested a call back. I was told "sure thing," but I never received either. To top it all off, they left a dirty wheel chock sitting on my white leather passenger seat, leaving a nasty stain. There were also black grease marks all over the steering wheel and center console. Overall, it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I brought my car in for an alignment and got it back in worse condition than when I dropped it off, with no alignment completed, poor communication, and damage to the interior. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.

My Mercedes battery died so AAA suggested I have my vehicle towed to Christian Brothers Automotive in Eagles Landing. After about a week my battery was successfully installed and everything under the hood checked out. I appreciated they did exactly what was needed unlike other automotive places trying to charge you for an arsenal of other parts needing to be replaced or more services needing rendered. Charles did inform me my convertible top would not close all the way down. Thankfully, he targeted the issue, explicitly explained the problem and directed me through the next steps to fix it. I truly appreciate Charles and his excellent customer service! He definitely represented Christian Brothers mission to do right by their customers. I own three vehicles and would not hesitate to have my cars service there.
