I am a DIY mechanic. When I ran into an issue replacing my truck starter, I called CMS. They were able to come out the same day and get the starter replaced. The next day, I had a new issue. Research suggested it was wiring related to the starter. I called CMS back. We discussed the issue and it was decided they would come check the install. Problem was the truck would be 35 miles away for two days. It did not matter. Based on a novice mechanic, an internet search, and problem description, they came to my work, tested the install, determined there was an issue, and pulled the starter out, checked the wiring, and reinstalled it. They really did not have to drive the 35 miles to do that. I was impressed with the customer service and will call them again as the need arises. And, to let you know, the starter was installed right the first time. He found no issues when he removed it.

Great service begins with the initial phone call. Erica was extremely patient and professional. She connected me with their mobile mechanic who was as knowlegeable and helpful as anyone could hope for. I will definitely be recommending this service to all of my friends and family!

They solved my problem quickly and for a fair price. I and my family members ( lgbtqia+ ) were treated with dignity and respect and everything was explained before work began. Definitely would recommend them for mobile mechanical services to anybody needing them in a pinch or for regular service.

Honest review here. I called this company up due to having my top radiator hose bust and I was located in Stockbridge for a doc appt. I spoke with Erica who was friendly and professional upon calling. Mentioned the tech would take an hour to get to me which was understandable. Once the tech arrived, he was nice and knowledgeable regarding his mechanical experience and fixed the issue within an 1 hour and 30 minutes . I paid $200 for labor and additional for the part itself which can up to $325 total. Once completed, the tech made me aware that he would stay behind to make sure my car was running properly before leaving only to get down the road to a near gas station and my car was leaking fluid again. Called Erica and she stated that I needed to buy some more coolant to fix the issue since my car was still overheating. Did that and saw the leak come out from the bottom of my car. I made her aware of this by having to call multiple times to have the tech come back out. He didn’t!! I literally had to wait until the following business day to have him come back out which my car was stuck at a. Gas station. Big deal for me as I live in Austell, Ga which is a ways away. I had to borrow money to get an uber just to get home and return the next day. Again the tech returned and identified an issue that he missed originally when fixing my Jeep which was the thermostat and he fixed that issue which there was never an issue with my thermostat. Once completed, he left and Erica called back and mentioned another fee of $150. I was never told I had to pay additional for an issue that should have been fixed the original day. You guys need to do a better job of communicating pricing as this was an issue on your part!!! I am highly dissatisfied with how this was setup! I would honestly NOT recommend and please make sure pricing is up front!! All in all spent up to $600 for this disaster. Save your money folks
