Usually, I come here. The guy has a positive attitude the Asian man in the front. I believe he owns it, but particularly today I walked in, and I was asking him to put a tire on my car. The way he addressed me was snippy. He was snippy the entire time and when I asked him if I can come back cause I had to wait on the tire guy to show up, he said he didn’t know what time he was coming, so I asked if I can come back and he told me just go to the entire street down the way since you don’t wanna wait and I said I just wanna go home and come back. But he’s had a very horrible attitude. He’s being very snippy for no apparent reason and he was presenting bad business so I recommend do not go here. Do not waste your time. He’s very snippy has a bad attitude bad customer service and he doesn’t know how to handle business especially for it to be a used tire shop. I had a pleasant attitude the entire time. I asked him if he was OK he said Yep goodbye have a nice day very short and snippy so if you don’t want to experience this do not go here. and he also price gouges. So I’m guessing, depending on how his day goes is how you get charged and how they handle your car and Their business. so please do not waste your time putting a response under my review because you cannot defend the unprofessionalism, the price gouging, or the bad attitude for no apparent reason. It’s funny how this company has a response to everything, but has no answers for when the customer walks in for business to support your business. It does not excuse you to treat or handle them any type of way. They need to go through training the old guy with grey hair again. Apparently he doesn’t know the memo

Run!!! They will try take advantage of you! I brought my Chevy Tahoe and I showed the guy the paper showing the code for the failed emissions. He looks at it for 10 seconds and says he has to do some major mumbo jumbo for $980.00 and he can have it fixed in a couple days. I smelled bs! I went elsewhere & got the solenoid valve fixed for less than $300 bucks & passed emissions.

I would never say that my car needed a transmission for $4900 when it only needed a spark plug change. They just wanted my money. It's a good thing I didn't leave it there. Bad experience, and I will never go to this place again. They just want to rip off the customer

Date: February 26, 2025 I have been a frequent customer of this tire shop, but after today, I will no longer give them my business. I stopped by to get some air in my tire, something I have never been charged for before. However, the young man at the shop told me it would cost $5 to put air in my tire. I asked him twice if he was seriously charging me for air that is literally free and right there, and he responded by lowering the price to $2, claiming it was to pay for the mechanic’s time. This experience showed me just how greedy some businesses become when times get tough. Greed doesn’t just hurt customers—it kills businesses. If the shop had simply provided the air for free, I would have gladly donated the money as a goodwill gesture. Instead, they made it clear that squeezing every last dollar out of customers is their priority. I ended up going to another tire shop, where they put air in my tire for free—no hesitation, no charge. I even offered to pay, but the worker refused, saying it was just a simple act of service. That kind of attitude speaks volumes about the character and integrity of a business. Beware of this tire shop. They are scammers, prioritizing money over customer service. If you want to support a business that actually cares about people, go elsewhere.

No stars! I will NOT let them work on my car again! Don't do it! I paid them $400+ dollars for rotors and brakes. My left front tire started making a rattling noise and I took it back to them about this on 4 different occasions only for hem to tell me 1) you need 2 more tires 2) you need a new swing bar 3) it's normal wear and tire under the car that you will have to get fixed later. Of course i didnt buy into that and the more i pressured them, the more disrespectful the owner got. So finally, while taking my kids to school, the noise got so bad I took it for a second opinion. They found that Beto"s did NOT put my brake caliber pins back in! And you know what? When I showed Betos the paperwork showing same, the OWNER TOLD ME THEY WOULDNT HAVE HAD TO REPLACE THE PINS! AND THAT "THE ONLY THING WE DO FOR YOU IS THE BRAKE PAD AND ROTORS." How does the owner not even know to replace the pins! So no, tires aren't good, owner has a temper and there is a lack of knowledge. Will take your money only. You are not saving when they messing up something else. They can't even wash my car i am so disgusted and they will not see me at their business ever again!!! Do NOT take your car here for any thing at all!!!!!
