Recently, I visited this shop and was not dissatisfied with their knowledge or service. However, I felt that my end result was slightly underwhelming. I recently purchased a vehicle that unfortunately has issues with the 5.4 L Ford engines from the early 2000s, which is not their fault. The vehicle has only 92,000 miles and drives and runs fairly well. I brought it in because it was experiencing multiple codes for various timing and emission issues. After their inspection, they informed me that the vehicle requires a new engine. While this was not what I had hoped to hear, no alternative options were provided, nor were any professional opinions offered regarding the engine’s lifespan, potential preventative measures, or maintenance strategies for the time being. I also felt that the price of $140 was not justified, as I returned the vehicle with the same level of knowledge as before. Before visiting the shop, I had the same knowledge as I do now, which is that the vehicle runs well. It cranks up every time, but it needs a new engine at 92,000 miles. I wish there had been more value for the price I paid.

View on GoogleAfter going to 2 other closed emissions testing centers, this was the next closest. Greeted me kindly and took my car back within 5 min. There is a service fee for using credit cards on other services except for emissions testing. The cost was $20, so the fee might be included already.
View on GoogleThey told me a quote for an AC for $1200-$2000. I brought my car the day left it with them and then they called me and said it would be $2700… I denied that service because it wasn’t what they told me initially. Then when I went to go pick my car up they charged me $190 for inspection the issue that I already told them I had! Waste of time and money… I just went to Pep Boys about 5 minutes away and they did the job for $1300 and gave a 1 year warranty on parts and labor… don’t waste your time with this shop, they’re over charging and being unfair (at least to me). I’m pissed!
