Youl’s CASH ONLY Tires

Have been here multiple times over the years, but today just was not it! The garage door was open, the 24 hours sign lit, Even loud music playing, but do not disturb him while he’s sleeping. I arrived at 10:15 PM and opted to call the number on the door instead of frightening anyone so late at night and he answered and Asked me what size tire I needed. I told him I wasn’t sure and his response was well I’m I’m trying to sleep right now and I’m not gonna get up unless you tell me what size tire you need. And then I asked him to confirm the tire size and he’s hung up on me. I assumed it was a mistake so I called back and he said he has the right to refuse service and he wasn’t getting up From his sleep for me. I also want to clarify that he was not at home at the time, but 10 feet away inside of the garage. I’ll gladly take my money elsewhere Because he clearly doesn’t need to make any. Kindness is free and I’m not spending any money where I’m so blatantly disrespected.

Upon arriving. I called to see how much the tire would be . I was told 20 over the phone to plug the tire . I arrived and was told 25 for a plug and 40 if I wanted patched. Before service began. I asked him to plug the tire only and he repeated after me . He completed the tasked and decided he wanted to patch my tire instead of plugging it. The unprofessional when arriving he was on the phone yelling and screaming at someone and cursing. I will never return to this business. So unprofessional for him to decide that he wanted to do something opposite what I asked him to do . My sister was with me and she asked me . Didn’t you tell him you wanted your tire plugged and not patch . I said absolutely. She even heard him repeated back to me . When service was completed he said I thought you said patch not plug. I asked How could you think that when you repeated what I said back to me !!! Scam Scam beware of this man ! I should’ve believed all the 1 star reviews . Stay away from this place .

Negative stars need to be available. My rims have deep grooves in them from his tire machine and he's telling me that his machine didn't do it and he's the only shop that has touched my tires. I went in to have two tires changed and left with two rims damaged with a lame excuse and denial of any responsibility. This use to be my go to place until there was no compensation or care for the damage caused by their tire machine. If you have rims DO NOT go here they will leave a impression on your rims, you'll need replacements.

Don’t trust the shop. These people are gonna try to scam me. Try to sell you new tires or semi-new tires, but they will just put the tires that you already had before. Trying to say that it came from their shop when they know a fact that those were my old ones so make sure you do not take your car there. I even took the cops over there and everything. Worst used tire shop that I ever have gone to.

I’ve known for a week or so I needed a new tire, it’s Saturday night and I happened to pass this place driving home 1.5 hours away. Noticed it was 24 hours and no one was in the bay so what luck?! I can be in and out. Good price and all. I get 90 % of the way home, it’s 10 pm, and I go to make the first left turn I’ve had to make this trip as most of the ride is Hwy, and the tire scrapes the front panel and won’t make a full turn. Luckily no one was in the right lane so I veered a bit to make the left turn and pull into a gas station and see the tire is too big. I could’ve checked before leaving sure, but why should I need to? This is a professional tire place right? Not only that, I asked for a tire upon pulling in and he jacked the car up while I was sitting in it and I just let it be. Again, didn’t think I needed to as this is all they do here! I call and speak to the owner, mannn, he tells me he doesn’t live here, he’s in Africa. Which cool, good for you, but have some reputable people running your ish. Then he tells me to go back. Bruh, It’s 10 pm I’m not going back this late and I’m not able to until Wednesday. I ask can he accommodate that and he hangs up on me. I call back and get no answer. Now if I want to get the tire fixed I have to waste 3 hours of my only day off to get this fixed! If the guy even does it. This is too far of a drive for a maybe. I’ll upload a pic when it’s daylight. Go somewhere else, there’s 3 24 hour places around the corner from here on Main St.
