Fast, and friendly service! I needed a tie plugged and was in and out on less than 10 minutes, didn't even have to get out of my vehicle. As soon as I pulled in an older gentleman walked out and greeted me, gave an old skool "fillin' station" vibe and when it was time to go even my payment was taken at my vehicle! I do recommend, will visit again!
View on GoogleI have been coming here for the past 2 years, and every visit is always satisfactions after satisfactions. The wait time is impeccable when it comes to getting your tires done. Will definitely have your size tires, and if not he gets the order in same day. I truly do not have any negative comments on the Tire Station. Never had to wait so my first time seeing the wait room was today and OMG. They have toys to keep kids occupied, vending machines, fresh ground coffee, comfortable sofas facing tv, and many more things to make your wait time comfortable. You guys rock 🤘🏽🤘🏽
View on GoogleWent yesterday to get a used tire and try to get an alignment unfortunately they weren’t able to do the alignment but only because my car’s subframe was pushed back from a recent accident. They had amazing customer service. I will definitely be coming back once my car is out the shop for all my future alignments and tires. 10/10 would recommend them
View on GoogleI’ve been a loyal customer of Tire Station for over 5 years, bringing consistent business with 4 vehicles, multiple dumpster trailers. Up until recently, I chose Tire Station because of their fair pricing, reliable timing, and overall service. Unfortunately, my most recent experience on September 9th completely changed my view. I purchased 4 brand-new tires for one of my vehicles, and immediately after installation, I noticed the vehicle shaking during the drive home (a 45-minute trip). One of the technicians had tried to point something out during the process, but due to the language barrier, I was never given a clear explanation of what the issue was. When I called Ronnie, the site manager, to address my concerns, his response was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of working with me to resolve the problem, it was made clear that my business didn’t matter. I had no choice but to take the vehicle to another shop, paying an additional $80 out of my own pocket to fix the issue properly. What disappoints me most is not just the poor workmanship, but the complete lack of accountability and care. After years of loyalty and significant business, I expected Tire Station to value that relationship and stand behind their service. Instead, I was treated like just another number. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and disheartened. Tire Station failed to show the integrity and customer care that keeps clients coming back, and for that reason, I can no longer recommend them.
