I've been a customer for a few years now. They were especially helpful when my former car was totaled earlier this year & I was looking for another used car. They recommended specific makes & models. Their pre-purchase inspection fee was reasonable. They steered me away from a bad purchase. When inspecting what turned out to be the car I did purchase, I had done research about the potential issues that particular year & model might have. I presented a list of about 15 possible issues. They checked every item on that list & wrote a note next to each one indicating what they had found. They were honest about which repairs were immediately necessary & which could wait. They have been responsive to my questions & concerns in the process of getting used to this car that is a make & model I've not driven before. I appreciate the comfortable waiting area, the wifi availability, the snack corner & reminder messages for service. View on GoogleTrue story. I’d been driving around for months in a hot car because I couldn’t leave it in a shop for repairs as I needed the car daily. Well I finally broke down made an appointment to drop the car off one morning as I just needed to go ahead and get this AC fixed. So I called SAC and got a 09:00AM appointment, checked in and gave them the keys. Sat down to get my day together and call an Uber. 15-20 minutes later the guy who checks me in says ok we got you ready to go, it was some kind of relay, fuse or something, I forgot what he said but anyway he gave me the price, I paid and was back on the road. When I think of all of the days I sweated in that oven of a car. THANKS SAC. Very satisfied.
