Went to the Snellville location for an estimate to repair a dent, from the time I walked into the location, to the time I left, the experience was excellent. Alan Traylor, and his staff, greeted me and did the estimate quickly and the repair was fixed in the time frame he quoted. 5 stars to the Snellville staff. The repair looks fantastic, and would not hesitate to recommend this location to anybody.

I’m a repeat customer, and I can’t recommend Sky Collision in Snellville highly enough. Every experience I’ve had with them has been outstanding. They are incredibly fast, professional, and their work is top-notch. They’ve repaired both our SUV and our truck, and each time the vehicles came back looking amazing—you honestly wouldn’t know there had ever been damage. What really sets Sky Collision apart, though, is their honesty and how genuinely helpful they are. During my most recent visit, they went above and beyond to diagnose an issue with my sunroof. They were upfront that it wasn’t something they could fix themselves, but they still took the time to thoroughly look into it just to help me out. They provided a solid recommendation, gave me all the information I needed, walked me through exactly what to share with the sunroof company—and didn’t charge me a dime for their time. That level of integrity and customer care is rare. It’s clear they truly care about doing the right thing for their customers. Because of that, I will only take my vehicles to Sky Collision anytime I need body work. If you’re looking for a shop that’s skilled, honest, and genuinely has your best interests in mind, this is the place.

Sky Collision did an excellent job on my car. I have a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. I was in an accident and messed up my front bumper and that caused some internal damage too. However, it has been 4 months since having my car repaired and it still runs smoothly. There isn’t any evidence of even a scratch from the accident. I ended up paying them through my insurance and that process was seamless, I had no problems whatsoever with repairs. Customer service was great they always answered my questions and kept me informed on the progress. They did an amazing job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I got into a car accident like two weeks ago to the day and got rear ended. My insurance suggested this body repair shop. I have to say I was very impressed with the level of customer service and care.. My car was embarrassingly messy but they actually vacuumed the inside after all the repairs were done and detailed it a bit. I was more than pleased. They arranged everything with my insurance company and I was able to get picked up from the body shop and into a car rental. It was so breezy and despite how much of a headache these things can be this was a breath of fresh air..I am so pleased!!! 😀

SKY COLLISION IS AMAZING!! They did a Phenomenal job on my car, fair prices, and even left my car super clean. And they have FANTASTIC customer service. Every step of the way they kept me in the loop. Alan called to let me know major details, then they sent daily text updates about what was going on. Alan who worked on my car/runs the shop is absolutely amazing. He was so good I thought “it MUST be HIS business” He definitely deserves a raise! He treats the shop like it’s his own. He treats people like family. Shay and April at the front desk were great as well! Great customer service, welcoming energy, patient and thorough with going through the breakdown of the paperwork and payment for everything.
