Miguel is the best - he is knowledgeable, efficient and kind. He knows what to look for and always does a great job inspecting the car while servicing it to make sure no surprise issues arise. He also prices his services well, so the cost of repairs always feels reasonable. His mechanic (I believe, Jason is his name - sorry if I’m wrong) is also very helpful.

From the start, Miguel and his team were professional, patient, and generous with their guidance—even before I became a paying customer. My first official service was a pre-purchase inspection, and their thoroughness helped me make a confident, informed decision. As a woman, I especially appreciate how they take the time to educate and empower me—not just fix a problem. I fully trust them with my vehicle and my safety. Took my LS 460 Lexus to Miguel’s based on a recommendation and was surprised that I was charged $200 an hour with a total of 5hrs of labor for a basic 8 spark plug replacement (standard tune-up), rear brake pads, cabin filter change and gas additive to clean fuel system. $1400-WOW. He did finish by the end of day but seemed very anxious to receive cash! Told me (a disabled vet) that he would have to add 2% service fee if I paid by credit card (sounded threatening in his tone). So he gave a $50.00 discount and offered to bring to my home (ten mile away). He was courteous when he dropped it off. I did not inspect it (bad move). Hours later, when needing it to go to work, click-click—dead battery. Never had a drained battery in all the years of ownership. Waited for AAA for hours on a Friday night and after midnight it finally turned over. The car lights were left on my Miguel’s mechanic (he didn’t listen to warning chime that goes off). The car was filthy inside (greasy) and the engine covers were loose and dirty. The dirtiness was indicative of his shop/area of operation. I then had to take the car to my regular clean mechanic for additional service (MVP) who corrected all issues for a reasonable price, plus they put paper on the floors and seats so it’s not dirty. I will never go to this guy again. He is doesn’t stand by his work and is hungry for money. Bad Experience.
