⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thankfully, we noticed Christian Automotive right behind us. Today, after a frustrating experience at Sam’s Club where the connections to my new battery were broken during installation, my family and I were left stranded. The team immediately stepped in, helped move our vehicle, diagnosed the problem, and fixed what had been damaged. Not only did they get us safely back on the road, but they also showed incredible kindness along the way. A special thank you to Kim, who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make a stressful situation easier for our family. She brought snacks for my babies, made sure we had water, and showed such genuine care and compassion throughout the entire experience. Her kindness was truly outstanding and made a lasting impression on us. They even stayed later to make sure everything was taken care of before we left. What could have been a terrible day turned into a reminder .. that there are still businesses that genuinely care about people. I also have to mention how clean and welcoming everything was. The waiting room was spotless, the bathroom was exceptionally clean, and they even had a changing table for families with little ones. As a parent, those details mean so much and showed how much they care about their customers’ comfort. Only leaving 3 star instead of 1 star because communication, after hours drop off and pickup, and courtesy inspection was great. Took truck in for cylinder 1 misfire. I advised shop truck had brand new spark plugs and coil packs. Shop found random misfire after drive. They recommended replacing spark plug and coil pack on cylinder 1. I took the professionals advice. When I picked up truck immediately after start up it was shaking. When I got home (45 miles away) light came back on. I suspected a vacuum leak so I bought a smoke machine. I found a decent crack on air filter resonator. I messaged them asking for a partial refund on diagnostic due to not diagnosing properly (diagnostic is a separate charge separate from the repair) I was told it is not in their best practice. If I wanted to throw parts at it I would have done it myself.

This was the best experience at an automotive shop. Walking through the front door, I immediately noticed how fresh, clean and inviting the waiting area is. The decor is beautiful and there's coffee, chilled water and relaxing Christian music playing in the background and "Larry" has the most welcoming face, voice and personality. I was amazed at how well he handled phone calls and customers. His professionalism and patience are a perfect 10. Definitely needs a raise and a podcast or something to show the auto world how it should be done. I must also mention the great skill of the mechanics that worked on my Lincoln MKC. She has over 100,000 miles but these guys worked magic on her fuel injectors etc. and I drove home with an engine that purred like a kitten. I am completely satisfied with Christian Brothers Automotive in Sharpsburg, GA. If you need work done on your vehicle, I highly recommend them. Make sure you ask for Larry !

After being jerked around at a local dealership, I took car here for alternator check/replacement, tires and alignment, AC recharge and coolant flush. Great communication and very happy with the work completed. A bit pricey, but worth every penny

Upon completion of the initial repairs, as I arrived to retrieve the vehicle, Christian Brothers astutely identified another malfunction. Without hesitation, they graciously offered to rectify this issue as well. However, fate had one more obstacle in store, an unforeseen electrical problem that left me stranded once again. In an act of true benevolence, Christian Brothers not only towed my vehicle back to their shop but also resolved the electrical issue without charging a cent. Their unwavering support felt like a "Ram in the Bush" during our time of need, and words cannot express my gratitude adequately. Typically, I do not compose reviews, but this exceptional experience left an indelible impression. What resonates most profoundly is Christian Brothers' commitment to dispelling the common notion that people often expect to be taken advantage of in the automotive industry.
