⭐ 1/5 — Stay Far Away. This Place Is a Scam. For the record I do not post these things, however, their incompetence cost me $800 - it’s warranted. A year ago I came in for an alignment. They forced an alignment warranty on me that I explicitly did not want. I paid for it anyway because I had no choice. Fast forward, and the alignment they performed was so bad it destroyed both of my front tires — you can see the uneven wear pattern clear as day (see photos). I tried to use the warranty THEY forced on me. They refused to honor it. And then — to top it all off — they had the audacity to blame ME for the damage their bad alignment caused. Let that sink in: they sold me a warranty under duress, botched the job the warranty was supposed to cover, denied the claim, and then pointed the finger at the customer. Classic. The damage they caused cost me $800 out of pocket to fix — new tires, new alignment from a shop that actually knows what they’re doing. This isn’t incompetence. This is a predatory business model. Upsell a warranty, do shoddy work, deny the claim, blame the customer, pocket the money. Don’t let them do it to you. Do not go here. Not for tires. Not for alignment. Not for anything

View on GoogleWell this place has my full support. I called panicked as my tire was loosing air at an alarming rate. Office to Tire South maybe 10 minutes. I started at 25 psi pulled in at 8 psi. 🫣John, was calm and attentive while coaching me through the process of getting there. They were able to patch the tire and had my vehicle back by end of day.

They are detailed oriented. I will bring any car i own here!! The treatment was as if I was their only customer all day and from reviews its obvious I am not!!! Thank you for treating me the way a customer should be treated John! You have a forever customer now! And yes they did it today and yes I wrote it today cause I am very thankful lol!
