After a front-end collision on my Honda Civic, I was honestly expecting a stressful process—but they made everything incredibly smooth from start to finish. Sean was transparent and honest throughout, which is something you don’t always find in this industry. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me informed at every step, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening with my car. What really stood out was how helpful they were in navigating the insurance claim. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly, saving me a lot of time and stress. Got into an accident where I got hit from behind and the rear drivers side quarter panel was severely damaged. Found this shop after doing tons of research since my insurance company had trouble finding me a company that would do repairs on my bmw. From the intake, to dealing with my insurance, to keeping me updated at every step for the weeks that my car was in their shop getting repaired (they adequately warned me that between getting the parts to dealing with my insurance for payments it would take a little over 2 weeks for my car to be repaired), to getting my car back, the shop people have been extremely professional, kind, competent and knowledgeable. In my experience I have had very few interactions with company representatives of companies ranging from small family-owned businesses to large corporate companies, where the owner personally comes and shakes my hand after they delivered top-notch service. I would highly recommend bringing your car, especially if you have a BMW, over to this shop for body repairs and other repairs this shop does! Thank you Collision Company!

There is no where else I would take my car for collision work. When I heard the owner had changed, I admit I was a little hesitant, but there was no cause for worry - Sean and his entire team are so kind and professional and did quality work. They dealt with our insurance company with professionalism and, most importantly, excellent results. Communication was honest and complete. My husband likes details, and they obliged. They kept us informed of the repairs and when the car would be ready. The repairs were to perfection - you cannot tell where the work was done, which is my fear on collision repairs! Truly, I hate to need their services, but it is so important to have someone you can trust when you do! Highly recommend.

He even helped me take pictures for insurance and when I wasn't given enough money, he filed a claim on my behalf and got the needed funds. The best part of the process was how responsive he was to me about where my car was in the process. If I ever sent an email with questions he responded within the hour. I always knew what was happening with my car. And the fixes are incredible. He must have an amazing team that cares about their clients which these days is hard to come by.
