Chose this shop for a second opinion primarily because they advertised a free diagnostic. The repair estimate itself was on the higher side compared to other shops, but I was told the work could be completed in roughly 3 days, so I moved forward. I waited 6 days before finally calling for an update, only to be greeted by what can best be described as one of the most unnecessarily abrasive reception experiences I’ve had in a long time. Defensive, passive aggressive, and somehow managing to sound inconvenienced that a customer dared ask about their own vehicle. Eventually I received the call that the vehicle was ready. I’ll admit I should have reviewed the invoice more carefully before paying, but I was in a rush and trusted the shop. That was my mistake. After leaving, I realized I’d been charged an additional $281 for a battery and installation that I never approved. Important detail: the battery in the vehicle was working perfectly fine when I dropped it off. When I returned for clarification, the receptionist immediately insisted the repair had been authorized, yet could not provide a single text, signature, phone recording, or any proof whatsoever showing approval. Once I pressed for documentation, the attitude escalated from dismissive to outright hostile, and I was essentially told there was nothing I could do about it. Fortunately for me, there was. I removed their battery myself, returned it, and received a refund. Ironically, I purchased the same quality battery elsewhere for $185 installed. The tech at AutoZone — free of charge, by the way — also cleaned the battery terminals, something apparently too ambitious for a $281 install at this shop. The returned battery still had corrosion and debris on it when I brought it back, which says a lot about the level of care involved. At that point, it naturally makes you wonder about the rest of the repair work — although unlike the battery charge, I wasn’t about to tear open the engine to verify it. Maybe the mechanical work is fine. Maybe it isn’t. But customer service matters, professionalism matters, and charging customers for unapproved work absolutely matters. The receptionist alone would prevent me from ever returning here. Combined with the unauthorized charge and the complete lack of accountability, I’d strongly recommend others think twice before trusting this shop with their vehicle.

We had the best experience!!! we were purchasing a new car and had everything checked out before purchasing at premiere and so thankful they were honest and welcoming. We did end up buying the car and beyond thankful we found d premier auto. I can’t recommend them enough.

Amazing experience. Steve and his team are great about ensuring a seamless and quality service. I live that there is no upsell pressure at Premier. They lay out what’s needed and are good about advising on the critical need items. Would highly recommend them.

Had a frustrating experience with my car, but wanted to shout out someone who got it right. After a 90k service at a dealership, my car started running terribly, no power, sputtering, clanking, check engine light. I took it back twice and it still wasn’t resolved. Brought it to Steve at Premier Auto and he diagnosed it as faulty engine coils and fixed it the same day. Car’s been running perfect since. Really appreciate someone who can quickly figure it out and fix it the right way. Highly recommend.

They are the best! I went to the Audi dealership as a first stop and the dealership wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount for an oil pan repair (not a surprise I know but I have comfort in the known). I was referred to Premier Auto Repair by a friend and they exceeded my expectations! I was very pleased to find out the cost of repair with Premier was significantly lower. I was in and out same day with ease and everyone was kind/professional. It was the most efficient and easiest car repair Ive experienced. I will be taking my car here again and will be referring friends and family. Thank you!
