The collision shop we use, Wrens collision in Roswell had recommended these guys! Perfect Performance Diagnosed the problem and had our car fixed in one day!! It’s not easy finding someone in this business who is honest and dependable….and these guys absolutely were both!!!!! . We were thrilled all around!!! I won’t take my car anywhere else!!!!

I had really low tires. I am an older, retired lady. Didn’t want to put air in them myself. Stopped in briefly and Chuck filled them all up for me. Old-fashioned service. Over the top. Such friendly, caring people. I highly recommend this place. Now I have peace of mind when I drive. Yay! 😁

My jeep had an oil leak. I was advised to take it to a transmission shop. I took it to a local transmission shop. That was a mistake. Long story short- they didn’t fix the oil leak. So clearly upset I dropped the Jeep off at Perfect Performance. To say that they took care of me is an understatement! Within an hour of walking out of this shop- they called me to let me know it was a broken o-ring that was damaged by the previous shop. The following morning the Jeep was ready- and haven’t had a problem since. I have used this shop for years and they have never let me down. I cannot recommend them enough!

Ken and Mike will take good care of you. I’ve serviced now 3 different vehicles with them. From a Subaru to a F150 Raptor and now recently a Toyota Highlander, these fellas know what they’re doing. I had an unexpected and unforeseen incident happen in Savannah, let Ken that know the problem happened again and he put his crew to work. Great outcome and after two days of driving and 300 miles later, car is running great and all is good. Thanks

I’m disappointed to write this review but after being a loyal customer for over 20-years I won’t be back. I have bought thousands of dollars in tires, oil changes, brakes and miscellaneous other auto repairs with several vehicles over the years at Perfect Performance. The staff has always been very accommodating and friendly and I’ve always felt confident my vehicle was in good shape when I left. Unfortunately today I showed up at 8:30am with a brake problem where my rear brakes were making a scraping sound, something I would consider urgent, and I was told they would “try to work me in, in between jobs but if I wanted the repair done today I needed another plan.” Not exactly the answer I was expecting since my vehicle hadn’t even been looked at yet but be that as it may I left and found another mechanic. The new mechanic looked at my rear brakes and determined I needed new brakes since I had metal on metal. I arranged for the repair and the repair was done relatively quickly by the new mechanic considering the work needing to be done. Here is my issue with Perfect Performance, I can understand them being busy today, BUT, I was just in there for an oil change and tire rotation 2000 miles prior to today. During that time the condition of my brakes should have been brought to my attention. For my brakes to wear down to metal on metal in just 2000 miles means I left there with unsafe brakes and in an unsafe vehicle. As friendly as the staff had been over the years does not make up for allowing me to drive off in my vehicle in an unsafe condition. The short dismissive attitude today did not help. Sadly, after some 20-years as a loyal customer, I have to build a relationship elsewhere. I guess that being a loyal customer and knowing your local business people doesn’t always mean much, it certainly doesn’t matter to the folks at Perfect Performance.
