I have been bringing my Lexus NX 200t here for the past two years, and John and his team have been absolutely amazing every single time. It is hard to find a reliable mechanic you can truly trust, especially for a luxury vehicle, but I definitely lucked out finding Ozzi’s. John runs his shop with real integrity, professionalism, and experience. They take the time to properly diagnose the issue, explain everything clearly, and never make you feel pressured. Most recently, my Lexus showed a reduced engine power warning, and they found the problem almost immediately. What could have been a very stressful situation turned into a smooth and reassuring experience because they knew exactly what they were doing. This was my first experience with Ozzi Automotive and I was happy with the service experience. They replaced my timing belt and fan pulley bracket on my old Sequoia. Service was completed in a day. While the final price was higher than the estimate, it was still fair. I’ll use and recommend Ozzi in the future.
