Nalley Toyota of Roswell Service Center

Ok; I have used a few different Toyota service centers for servicing my Toyota, never had a problem. So I use Nalley Toyota of Roswell for the first time. The service consultant was nice she even gave me a smoothie while I waited. I was told that everything was good except for the need of an alignment, so I paid for the alignment as they suggested. On my way home from the service my car was riding horribly making noise’s and rattling. I called back to let them know what was going on and was told I could bring the car but because I didn’t have an appointment I would have to wait, so I asked to speak with management the lady said she would have Mo from management call me, of course that never happened. So I comeback the next day and was told oh it’s your tires that are bad. Now this was after I was told the day before that everything was good except for the alignment that was needed. Mo the service manager displayed horrible customer service he never called back like I was told, nor was he friendly, he offered that we come to his office ( like he was the principal and we had done something wrong). I just don’t understand why customer service is so hard.

Could not be more satisfied with my experience with the nalley Toyota if Roswell service center over the years. The service writers communicate clearly and promptly. The diagnostic ability is so thorough and thoughtful. The quoting process is transparent. They do not upsell unnecessary fixes. They take the time to make sure you understand what you are fixing and why. I firmly believe that this is the best mechanic service that you can get in Atlanta. Possibly anywhere. Yes it can be more expensive but you are getting top quality Toyota parts installed by certified technicians. And they stand behind their work. Best value per dollar spent. Don’t take your car anywhere else!!! I’ve learned my lesson. Nalley Toyota of Roswell for life!

We traveled from Chattanooga to purchase a used 2014 Highlander from Nalley in March. The car buying process was very simple and Lauren had us in and out quickly. Never felt pressured, and the entire staff was very kind. Then, we got on the road and headed back home with our new vehicle. When we got it up to speed on the highway, we noticed a strange shuttering sensation, which I thought was maybe the tires being unbalanced or something. I'm no mechanic. We took our new vehicle to our mechanic. With it being a used vehicle, I was expecting a few repairs, but was informed that I needed to take it into a transmission shop because they believed the transmission was bad. We took the Highlander to a transmission specialist, and were informed that our brand new purchase had a bad transmission, which is not an inexpensive fix by any means. I got sick to my stomach. Then I got furious. I calmly called the dealership to explain my situation. I had documentation, but in the end it would be my word against them. I have worked at a large dealership before, and understand to a small degree how things can operate, and which way these things can go. I imagined every scenario in my head about how the conversation would go, and what my next steps would be. I spoke to Danny, the pre-owned vehicle manager. I was expecting a war of words with Danny, but he remained very cordial on the phone, and worked with me on the first steps of a solution. We brought the Highlander back to Nalley for their own diagnostic. I was not optimistic about the situation. We were placed in a 2026 4Runner (wow, what a car) as a complimentary loaner. Such a nice vehicle had me even more convinced that I was being buttered up to receive unwelcomed news about what Nalley would do to remedy the situation. It didn't help that everyone was very pleasant when I was back at the dealership. 3 days pass, and Danny calls to inform me the diagnostic showed that the transmission did need to be replaced. I was expecting him to next deliver the bad news. Either that Nalley would chip in a small amount, or that there was nothing they would be willing to do. Instead, he tells me that he spoke to the GM, Arnold, and that they would be replacing the transmission for us at their expense! I can not express how pleased I am to see businesses in 2026 doing the right thing and taking care of their customers over immediate profit. I was not a repeat customer for the business. I was a first, and seemingly last time buyer at Nalley. Because of this experience, when it comes time to purchase vehicles for myself or my children, the first place I will be going to is Nalley Toyota. Because of these folks, many trips have been taken and many trout have been caught by means of this Highlander. I would give Danny, and everyone I came across more than 5 stars if I could. If you're in the market for a vehicle, this dealership has genuinely good people.

This is my second time purchasing a car here. Me coming back should say wonders. The people that I have encounters with are always nice a respectful from the lady at the front desk to back in the service team. As well as the mechanics, they will even come out ask if you have been helped. Justin and David are Great at what they do. If you have any service problem they will go way beyond to meet your expectations. I thank them for the knowledge that they have, even though I was concerned about and issue and Justin immediately got his boss Ryan to address the situation. I thank you all for what this dealer ship offers in our community and that’s always to be reassured of the good quality of work that is being put in to our vehicles. Thank you!!!

Matt Thomsen, service advisor, helped make arrangements for me engine replacement under the recall for my 2022 Toyota Tundra. He always does an excellent job for me and keeps me up to date with status. This job was scheduled for roughly 48 hours. I dropped off at 7am on Monday morning. He gave me updates and a loaner vehicle. They had Master Mechanic, Brian Gnagey, work on the replacement. He had the old engine out and the new one already started by Monday. At 1pm on Tuesday, Matt called to say it was ready for pick-up at 2pm. Fast work! About 13 hours of work, and it was done. No issues. Great pit crew! Would take service any work on my truck there!!!
