I had an issue with my Silverado losing power that I took to two very good local shops and they weren't able to diagnose the issue. Landmark had done some recent transmission work for me on the truck, and no one was sure of the root of the new issues so I approached Landmark hoping they could help. Landmark dove right in. They worked with me, and they solved the problem. This was not easy, and the issue wasn't even related to the transmission, but they solved it regardless. I am tremendously grateful and impressed that Landmark was willing to put in the time to figure everything out. They demonstrated that they have both the skill and the will to solve tough problems. And I want to add that I thought it exceptional that they never tried to sell me something major to "fix" the truck that I didn't really need. Very appreciative. These guys are really great!

Rebuilt my truck’s differential a few months back and the rebuild has stayed smooth and solid, despite putting it to work with frequent heavy towing. Very reasonably priced for the quality of work and care they put into addressing my questions and concerns throughout the repair process.
View on GoogleI was referred here by AAA car service center after the diagnostic shows 4 transmission related error codes. They recommend this place because they are honest and no-nonsense. Staff are respectful and friendly, starting with the phone call with James who explained the services. When you walk in the client area, everything is organized and transmission focused (art, and coffee table included). Dennis who took in my car, was very respectful, helpful and patient when I asked a whole lot of questions, since I don't know much about transmissions. Long story short, my 2017 Ford Escape does need a rebuild. The price quoted is obviously going to be less than at the dealership, so I will definitely bring my car to get work done here. Soon as I get a rental. He even gave some comments about which cars have transmission that doesn't cost as much as this car. This is my third car since 1995. And first time I have to get transmission work done. Will update review one the rebuild is completed.

Installed a new torque converter and did a transmission pump rebuild. Significantly at a lower cost than what they quoted for a full rebuild if needed. This is the spot to go. Update: (9-4-25) Went in for a minor issue. Everything was taken care of super quick. Another positive experience.
View on GoogleI had my 2003 civic si towed here with a cracked transmission case. I had already taken some parts off and left them in the hatch. These guys did the case swap and more! They put everything back together perfectly. The transmission feels like it's brand new! No weird sounds anywhere. I could not be happier. The price was a steal compared to other choices I was getting. They were all very professional and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to go there again.
