Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

Went here for a "10 min oil change" turned into a 3-day nightmare. I don't write reviews, nor would I have written a review if I had received a refund. But the manager, Trey, has left a sour taste in my mouth with Express Oil Change, the way that he has handled this situation. Two weeks ago, I went there to get my oil changed. I do not live in Georgia; I live in North Carolina. I was set to go back to NC the next day. 3 hours into my drive im hearing this scratching noise coming from the bottom of my car. It was the skid plate that had not been clipped back in properly after my oil change. I had to pull over multiple times to try to pop it back in, but it kept falling out. I was also not near an Express Oil Change for them to fix it at that point. I called the store I got my oil change from (this one), and Trey said he cannot change the skid plate unless I have an express oil change look at it. He also blamed the reason for my plate falling down is because hondas clips "suck". ok. Your employees should know that.. I bet they work on at least 1 Honda a day. The guy doing my oil change just didnt care that day. Trey knew my destination, and he knew I would not get to my destination before they closed. I ended up going to an Express Oil Change on the way; they had to put a hole in my skid plate and zip tie it back up so I could get to my destination. (at this point, I have taken 2 hours out of my trip to try to fix what they should have gotten right in the first place). Long story short I feel like I had to scratch and claw for them to just replace my skid plate. Trey did not make it easy, and he did not take the initiative at all to get my issue resolved. I had to call multiple times and explain to many people my situation before I got my skid plate replaced. I have asked for a refund because of how much time I have spent resolving an issue that should never had happend. Trey has basically declined us on any compensation. TWO weeks ago, he said he had to reach out to the general manager to give me a refund; he said that would take a week to ask him. That was two weeks ago.

Treys your go to guy. Super helpful and informative! I’ve been going here for years for an oil change. Today I came in for a diagnostic. Left with no lights on. 😌 What a great team they have at this location!

I had a wonderful first time experience at this particular location on Roswell Rd. I stopped by for a oil change after-work and was very tired...but I must say the pleasant, efficient and live energy was present! I smiled, laughed and conversed occasionally as I received a oil change by Trey. I even complimented his leadership skills in running a efficient/professional establishment. Everyone had a great service skills that I observed and looked very presentable. I've been to other locations...and this is one is #1! And not to mention it honesty felt like getting a car worked on by like a close member of the family. Highly appreciated.

I don't really ever leave reviews but this one is deserved. I came in for an oil change and received excellent service from Austin. He was very knowledgeable in the maintenance needed and offered several options to meet my needs. Austin offered multiple quotes on tires for my FJ as well. He was a pleasure to talk to which increased the experience in your shop.

Brought both my cars in for an oil change about a week apart and had Austin help me with both. Pointed out some potential issues on my car without trying to upsell me on things I didn't necessarily need. Super quick, really friendly, overall probably my best experience with any oil change business I've ever had.
