Country Tires

Waited over an hour after being told 15 minutes and missed an important appointment because of poor communication. I had a very disappointing experience at this tire shop today. I came here after being referred by a nearby oil change shop that said this location offered tires for around $40 and could help me quickly. When I arrived, I initially stepped toward the garage area and was told very rudely to go to the office. Once inside, I asked how long the service would take because I had an appointment scheduled. I was told 15 minutes. My car remained sitting in the parking lot while I waited. After about 45 minutes to an hour, I noticed that multiple customers who arrived after me were already having work done on their vehicles while mine had not even been touched. When I went to ask about it, the person at the desk told me I would need to go to their sister company because they were too busy. I told him that would have been understandable if he had told me that before I waited almost an hour instead of after. While we were walking outside, another employee came out and said he worked in the office and asked what we needed. After hearing the situation, he said they could take care of it and quoted $67 instead of the $40 price I had originally been told. I agreed to the $67 because I knew I needed the tire checked and the price itself wasn’t bad — I had just expected a different price based on what I had been told earlier. I was then asked to get my children out of the car so they could drive it into the bay because they did not want customers driving into it. After that, we went back inside and waited another 40 minutes. During that time I went over and saw that my car was on the ramp but not being worked on, while other vehicles were receiving attention. There was also a van that had been there when we first arrived that appeared to be getting most of the focus. Several customers who arrived after me were helped before my vehicle was serviced. Because of the delays and lack of communication, I missed a very important appointment that had been scheduled weeks in advance. The biggest issue was not just the wait, but the lack of communication and respect for customers’ time. If the shop was too busy, that should have been communicated from the beginning. I also took photos and video while waiting. I hope the owner or management takes the time to review what happened today because this experience could have easily been avoided with better communication and customer service.

I had a low tire leaking air heading to a doctor's appointment on 5/12/2026. I went to this tire shop because it was close and had ok ratings. It was a couple of people waiting and it took a hour before they could see my car. I told them to replace my tire. By doing so the technician broke lug nuts on my car and said to come back in the morning around 8-9 am on 5/13/2026. I got to country tires and they had excuses after excuses. They said they ran out of torch fuel to take off the lug nuts and they supposed to go get some. As I set there I saw mostly Hispanic customers. They came got their work done and left. As I set watching in the waiting room for 4 hours at the time I saw at least 7 Hispanic customers being helped. I went to where my car was in one of their bays it still hasn't been touched. I stood there and watched no one in there. But every other worker working on cars in all the other car bays! Every another Hispanic customers came and gone meanwhile another male of color and I sat there and he was there before me. On hour five while there was only my car and his they started to work on ours. If you aren't Hispanic be weary of these guys! Also now they finished changing my tire they are charging me for the service to fix it and not replacing my lug nuts and if I don't pay they stop they could not release my car. After I already paid for the tire! This is all around bad business!!!!

All I wanted was a set of tires and new wheels. I waited five minutes before he would even talk to me then, as soon as I told him what I wanted, he helped the guest behind me and walked to the back of the shop with that guest. I was there first you should’ve helped a customer who is willing to spend money with you. I’m going somewhere else, anywhere else at this point would be better than this place. Super unprofessional and I’ve seen other comments they can care less about their customers. I agree!

Today I had the most pleasure experience at Country Tires. Byron & Marvin took care of all my tires needs and I feel safe again driving my car. Thank you both so much and I will definitely be back when I need tires.

Don't bother going here if you're any other ethnicity besides Hispanic. Sitting here half the day, still haven't touched my car, and all I need is a tire replaced. Worst service ever. I'd give it zero stars if you'd let me. Don't waste your whole day going to these guys. (And it *will be* an all-day visit...) you'll get better service elsewhere. Don't waste your time or your money.
