I have owned BMWs my entire life and have used many repair centers in Atlanta. While there are several respectable shops in town, I have been going to Bimmers exclusively for the past 17 years. Owner Don runs a tight ship and maintains an extremely clean facility. About a year ago, he brought on advisor Jonathan, who’s the consummate service writer. He’s the best in the business and is well supported by shop foreman Chris. Together, they make the perfect team, and I trust every aspect of their analysis and recommendations. Don’t go anywhere else!

Amazing place. Everybody really cares. I have had multiple repairs done on various BMWs over many years I have always been most satisfied. They do an excellent job at most reasonable cost. Jonathan, Julius, Dan, Chris and all are very caring, it really feels like family, indeed. I would not go anywhere else.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Whenever I experience issues with my BMW, there’s always a level of anxiety that I have. My experience here was quite the opposite, no pushy upsells and no unnecessary delays. They communicated clearly what needed to be done, kept the focus on the necessary repairs, and gave me a fair transparent quote. My car was ready in a timely manner and the service manager Chris went over a summary of the repairs. Bimmer’s is now my trusted advisor for my BMW car service.
