I highly recommend Bear Valley! The entire team is wonderful, but Matt has been absolutely AMAZING! I have serviced my Range Rover Sport SE here since 2019 and have zero complaints. Every service has been handled with extreme professionalism, expertise, and clear communication. Unfortunately, during my last visit, I learned that my beloved truck, "Lovely," had reached the end of her road life at 10 years old and 170k miles. I suspected the worst the morning I started her up and heard a loud vibrating and knocking noise. I called Matt immediately and had it towed in. After scanning the vehicle, reviewing codes and troubleshooting. Matt honestly advised me that purchasing a new engine and the labor to rebuild that engine would cost more than the purchase of something new and more reliable, especially since there is no guarantee rebuilding would correct the issue. It was a tough blow because she was still so beautiful, but completely accurate. The team was incredibly kind and patient, giving me the space and time to process the loss of my favorite vehicle. ;-( For the past month, Matt has gone above and beyond by helping me research replacement Range Rovers. I have called him with multiple VIN numbers, and he has vetted each one to help me make an informed decision. Despite my family advising me against buying another Range Rover, I am confident in purchasing another one anyway. That confidence comes entirely from knowing I have the elite mechanical support of BEAR VALLEY behind me. Thank you, Bear Valley, for everything you do! You ALL are an absolute blessing to Land Rover owners!

Drove 50+ miles to have my Land Rover serviced after reading in multiple forums about their expertise. Was not disappointed! Vehicle was in and diagnosed within an hour of opening. Fixed the main issue and performed some other minor services while it was in the shop. Matt did a great job keeping me in the loop! Found my mechanics for any maintenance I would ever need.

I’ve moved, but I’d be so happy if I could pick up Bear Valley and put it near Buford. I called about my 2024 Range Rover, and they gave me quick, helpful advice. I knew exactly what to do and who to call. Out of the five people I contacted, they were the only ones honest enough to tell me. I’ve had a Range Rover for the past five years and always used them, so it’s been an adjustment to find someone closer who matches their level of service and I haven’t found that yet.

Bear Valley Service is hands down the best shop around for Land Rovers and Range Rovers. They recently fixed my LR4 after other places couldn’t get it right, and I’ll never take it anywhere else. He explained everything clearly, told us exactly what was going on, and didn’t sugarcoat anything—just honest, straightforward answers and top-notch service. The entire team at Bear Valley Service clearly knows these vehicles inside and out. They diagnosed the issue quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and got everything done right the first time. When I got my Land Rover back, it ran better than it has in years. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. It’s hard to find that kind of expertise and integrity these days.
