Got a brake job and a couple other repairs on my SUV. I shopped around since I'm new to town. Dave the owner is a great guy. Very friendly, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable, not only about cars, but business in general.
View on GoogleIf I could give a 0 I would drop my car off for an alignment after almost a week pick it up pull out the driveway car was making this weird noise took it back the owner Dave seemed like a nice guy at first he already was familiar with my husband cause he had done previous work on our other car, after keeping my car over the weekend while their shop was close monday an Tuesday went by my husband contacted him to get an update he was waiting on parts to come my issue with him was his customer service skills suck and he don’t feel the need to let u know what’s going on with your car, I felt like he just wanted my car to sit at his shop or something and I truly think he got frustrated with me because he didn’t know how to communicate and to top it off after having my car for another week I pick it up and it started making loud weird noises again which turned out to be that I needed tire rods which he was suppose to replace and lied about it and said he did but didn’t not all of them .. so I ended having to take my car some where else, my first experience with them an I would not recommend them to nobody take your car to someone else that knows what they’re doing after the whole ordeal I was upset and frustrated and having to go spend more money to take my car to another mechanic
View on GoogleWe are blessed to live close to this auto shop; it is so difficult to find honest mechanics, especially if you don't come from the area, and you know nothing about cars; this auto shop has been a true blessing as we have only experienced honesty, professionalism, punctuality, and courteousness from the owner. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of superior car service.

View on GoogleBrought my van in at 7:30 am in morning, sat at home all day with no phone call of update, called at 3pm to request update, the girl there said they would call me right back. No call back, showed up at 5:20 pm, just before closing. Was told by Bobo behind desk, couldn't get parts, would call me Monday, sure you said you would call me that day with update and never did. Piss poor customer service, wasted a whole day for nothing. This shop is no good and full of excuses. Won't ever be back, don't waste your time here.
