I don’t normally leave reviews but after working in customer service and sales most of my life, I really appreciate people that go over and beyond. Polite, accommodating, informative, courteous, helpful and kind are just a few words to describe the service I have received from the reps at Special Rims Riverdale. No nickle and diming, just reasonable and honest which is hard to find these days. Oh and a big shout out to Derek! :-)
View on GoogleThis establishment was recommended to me and boy was I throughly pleased. Two of the rims on my daughter’s car were either bent or scratched. When we are arrived to pickup the car the rims looked brand new. I would highly recommend this establishment for rim repairs.
View on GoogleI came to this shop due to a suspension noise on one side. I had already checked it elsewhere, but they couldn’t pinpoint the issue. I was charged $40 for a “full inspection,” where they claimed there were multiple damaged suspension parts and made it seem like the car needed extensive repairs, almost as if it needed to be rebuilt. However, they failed to clearly identify or properly explain the actual problem. I had to speak directly with the mechanic, and even then, I did not receive a clear or professional explanation. In the end when I went to other place and it turned out to be just a broken strut and a damaged CV axle. Also the customer service was very poor. The person at the front desk treated me badly and spoke to me with a dismissive attitude, even giving me a mocking look when he noticed my different accent. Overall, the experience felt disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all.

I talked with Justin and received excellent customer service. Upon completion I was extremely pleased with the repairs. I will definitely recommend this company. (These guys are great)
