0/10 – RUN. DO NOT WALK. This is hands-down the worst automotive experience I’ve ever had. I brought my car in for a simple diagnostic and instead got days of incompetence, excuses, and outright disrespect. They repeatedly misdiagnosed the issue, contradicted themselves nonstop, and kept my car for days while apparently doing nothing of value. Every time I asked a reasonable question — you know, the kind you ask when someone is holding your car hostage — the mechanic got defensive and hostile. I was actually labeled a “problem client” for daring to ask what work was being done. That should tell you everything you need to know about this place: if you don’t blindly accept their nonsense, they don’t want your business. They refused to provide diagnostic codes, refused to explain the supposed issues, and when I showed up to get my car back, I was informed that none of the promised work had even been completed. Zero. Nothing. Just wasted days, wasted trips, and wasted patience. To make matters worse, they would not provide itemized receipts and repeatedly tried to gaslight me about what they had told me earlier — as if I hadn’t been there, listening, the entire time. This isn’t just bad service; it’s dishonest, manipulative, and wildly unprofessional. Judging by other reviews, this behavior is a pattern. Ask questions? They shut you down. Expect transparency? You won’t get it. Expect your car to actually be fixed? Don’t hold your breath.
