The owner of M.O.P. is the ultimate professional. I have never experienced a person so willing to work with you to resolve your vehicle issues. He is very humble, poised, honest and invested in helping you to completion. I will definitely be returning to his shop in the future, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs car care. This auto shop really took good care of me and this was my first accident ever. From start to finish, they were very fast and professional. I had spoken to other shops beforehand and they all were trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman. This shop was different. And it only took them a week to finish the repairs. They took my claim estimate, ordered all the parts I needed, and had them installed immediately. The best part is the paint job is superior, my car looks better now than it did before. I am very satisfied with the finished product. The entire time Jana maintained communication with me and kept me updated, she gave me the best experience. Side note: I knew within the first few seconds I pulled up that they were gonna take care of me because of how thorough they were in their inspection. I pulled up, they popped the hood, and evaluated every inch of my damage. They don’t underperform at all! You can trust them with your property and they have financing available if you need it.
