LOVE THIS SHOP. Isaac’s a great man helping me get my older cars serviced and Ramona was lovely at the front desk! Eric did an awesome job and took the extra time to get an old tie rod unseized for the alignment! Thanks again yall, I’ll be back!
View on GoogleI am traumatized by this experience! I was charged nearly $1000 for the ‘work’ that was done. New rotors, pads, brake flush, ps flush, etc. was included. NONE of this work was done!!! NOT DONE! Unbelievable, I know. I only caught this because of the oil problem. (Oil change done also.) I found oil leaks on my garage floor. Returned for them to correct the problem. I also explained that my brakes seemed to be doing the same thing as before. After watching them change the oil again, a few days later, warning light, knocking noise then, I am on the side of the road-NO OIL IN THE ENGINE! The mgr wanted me to have the car towed to them. I was too far. The 1st mechanic that checked it is the one who found that the brake work was not done. Not done? I refused to take the car back to the thieves in Riverdale, so the corporate office had me meet the regional mgr. It was at a different shop. He refused to reimburse me and strong-armed me into having the rotors done there. He did say he would reimburse me for the work I had done to fix the oil situation. But they would mail me the check. I am a senior and even so, no one should be treated the way that I have been... It is worse than poor service, it is unethical service!

View on GoogleFound a nail in my tire. Waited 1.5 hr to get it fixed. Next morning, same tired found flat and found that the nail is still in the tire at the same spot! They still made me wait another 1.5 hr before getting to it. Makes me wonder what they did for 1.5 hr day before and still charge me for it? Lost a customer for life.
View on GoogleCame in for 2 tires and alignment, after getting 2 tires 2 weeks prior. I wasn't happy with the previous service due to the tech who had over inflated both tires at that time and gave much attitude when I declined a service. But this visit was excellent. Thanks to Marcus (the DM or GM) and Juan (from the Fayetteville location) at the front desk! I had received service with a smile and concern for my previous experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer as long as I receive consistent service like that. Great job, guys!
