If I could give them no stars I would they have had my car since January it is now June 5 months and no repairs. And they took $1000 from me and also took $740 from my car insurance and they stop reaching out to me I use my car for work and I have been without a car for 5 months they are scammers liars

I brought in my Land Rover Discovery Sport for an emissions evaluation after another shop had my car for two full days and still couldn’t properly diagnose the issue. At King’s Mechanic, the technician was fast, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle. He ran a diagnostic test that took less than 30 minutes and immediately identified what the previous shop could not. He carefully reviewed all of my previous dealership paperwork and noticed that the car appears to be having the same recurring issue, which had never been clearly explained to me before. What really stood out was that he gave me a clear blueprint and plan to get my car back to maximum performance, and he did it in a way that was honest and budget-friendly — no pressure, no upselling, just solid guidance. Very professional, very thorough, and truly impressive work. I highly recommend King’s Mechanic to anyone who wants real answers and quality service.
