This is the second time they messed up one of my vehicles. The first time I paid them to change the lower control arms on my dodge charger. They changed them. And there was a knock on the left side afterwards that wasn’t there at first. I immediately told them something was wrong. They checked it and tried to say it was a previous problem. I knew it wasn’t so I left and dealt with the noise for a year. I came back to get a used tire because I had no choice and they were the cheapest used tires. When changing the tire a newer guy I never seen before noticed a nut loose on my lower control arm! On the left. He tighten the nut up and the knocking went away and was good. So they didn’t tighten all the nuts properly. I got the tire they are good at changing tires. Fast gorward to today I bring my service van in for new brake pads in the front. They get to it. I hear a lot of banging from both of them banging with 3lb mallets then they come to me and say the guid pin won’t come out the bracket on both side left and right. Then they attempt to to burn it on the right side to no avail. So now I’m pissed because my van was driving and braking fine before I came and now they are telling me the guid pins on the bracket were stuck and I had to go buy new brackets. I had to call an under to take me to advance. They only had 1 so I had to go to orielly and get the other. Returned and left them the brackets and new guide pins, left to grab some food. I returned and they said work was completed. Price went from 65 to 100$. I felt I shouldn’t pay more because they broke the brackets, but I paid it because I had to go. I pulled off and had no control of the van . My wheels going one way and the steering another. I almost crashed and died. I came back and told them and they denied any wrong doing. I told them I drove my vehicle in here and it was fine I didn’t have steering problems. Or brake problems just low pads. They said it was the caliper bad. The caliper wasn’t bad when you took it off. They kept denying messing it up , and basically told me oh well. I even asked them if I go buy a caliper will you repair it for free. They said no! It’s gonna cost to do that. I ended up calling the police to get documentation, and a police report so I can take them to court… Do not go here! They are cheap but, they will break your stuff and blame you. I went there with a fully operational ford e250 to having to get it towed to another machanic because it’s not drivable. I didn’t get irate or out of character but I really wanted to if you’re reading reviews they can change tires but don’t let them touch nothing else!!!

Fake tires didn’t even last long. Two that got changed on my car were running low on psi real quick and I constantly had to add pressure to them both 2x/w one was supposedly better than the other but then after a few days I realized the outside of it was very worn and getting worse and the other was running bumped up almost flat. Another tire center said, “how’s it possible?! Thank God it hasn’t popped in the middle of the road.” Be aware that one of the dudes doesn’t even ask you for what you’re there for when you arrive he just tells you where to park then after the job’s done he asks to pay more than what the other guy said just for doing the same job.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went here to purchase a used tire and they put a tire on my car that had a nail in it. I drove my car home, only for my tire pressure light to come on hours later. I took my vehicle back to them, they took my tire off, put it back on and said it was fixed. Went to head to work the next morning…. flat tire with pressure light back on. I had to put air in it and pray I made it to work and back home. The next day I went back for the third time and I realized it’s been the same tire with the mail in it that they kept putting air in and putting back on my car. After they took it off and were finished I asked the guy did he put the same tire back on and he said yea it’s fixed and shooed me off. So I asked another question and he rudely said “Have a good day Ma’am”. I will NEVER go back there, they scam, lie and steal. While I was there they tried to sell a man a tire that was already his smh Stay Away from this place !!!

Service was excellent and they work really fast…they replaced my 2 front tires in less than 10 minutes….I would definitely recommend them…

We purchased a bus from this lot. The bus stopped working after a couple of months of purchasing. We contacted them and they told us that it wasn't their problem and we would have to pay them full price to repair. We ordered the part and now no one is wanting to come out to repair the bus. Please don't purchase anything from this lot. There rude, and big liars. We love our customers and would never treat our customers this way. They need better training on customer service.
