A1 stellar service! I had taken my car to another transmission shop that had to for a little over 2 months with no work being done on it. I called Certified Transmission Riverdale to see if they would be able to take it and my warranty. Not only did were they able to take it but they completed the job in 2 days time. The manager Kelvin was thorough and professional the entire process. I rate them a 10 out of 10, definitely recommend!
View on GoogleIf could give them zero stars I would. I had to get my transmission replaced on my 2018 Chevy Trax. I was referred to this place by family so my guard was down. The owner already was giving off shady energy hence him keep asking for cash for the service when I didn’t have the cash on hand I was using credit. He kept insisting cash but I was paying with credit card. The car takes one day to get fixed which was a little concerning to me seeing that a transmission would take longer than a day to fix. I get the car back and get drive it and take it to get another service and tell the mechanic that is working on my car that I recently had my transmission fixed and he stated they didn’t do anything to my transmission. 2 months later the car is no longer working. I wouldn’t recommend spending money here. They will take advantage of you and have you without a car just for money pitiful business. I paid over 3,000 dollars for them to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO MY CAR IS THEFT. THEY WILL GET OVER ON YOU DONT DO BUSINESS HERE IM WARNING YOU

I was told that they tow was included they picked the vehicle up and went to work. Service was great, communication was top tier and they did exactly what they said they do. If you're looking for an affordable, quality workmanship shop Certified Transmissions is the place to go!
