I’m sitting here currently as I’m typing this review. Please listen to the negative reviews. He’s currently on the phone as if he can’t even be bothered to utter one word to me. I’m asking questions and instead of giving a verbal response he just hold his finger up to me. Customer service is nonexistent. I will most likely never return. I get it’s a quick process, but that’s not how you make people feel when they are spending their money with you in this economy.

LADIES BEWARE!!!! Failed me for a “catalytic converter problem”… on a 2020 vehicle… with no check engine light. Then tried to refer me to their mechanic. Went to my own mechanic: zero issues. Drove 60 miles like he said: zero issues. Got retested somewhere else: passed instantly. If you’re a woman and don’t want to be pressured into unnecessary repairs, go somewhere else.

When it was time to pay the gentlemen stated it would be $20, he took my card then asked if I was going to give a tip. I said sure and stated an amount. He decided to give himself extra and charge my card for an incorrect amount that was not agreed upon…. I do not recommend going here!
