Thankfully, and very unexpectedly, they were able to offer us a loaner vehicle while our truck was in the shop since we only had one car in town. It is tough to replace your lifelong mechanic when you move to a new state. How can you possibly hope to find a new "Jim" that knows your car better than his own, and you know about his motorcycle escapades as if he were your own flesh and blood? After coming down to GA, after a lifetime in NJ, this was my dilemma. And then I found RH Auto Care. Friendly and honest. Maybe not the cheapest, but I have never trusted the cheapest. The parts they use here are quality parts that I would buy myself, and their work is impeccable. They tell me what I need to know, and let me make my own decisions. And I have finally found the mechanic that REALLY does want to see that latest picture of my grandson.

My husband made an appointment for my vehicle to be dropped off. I wasn't expecting for my car to have to stay long so I didn't have a ride. However, Mr. Jay gave me a ride home and educated me on a lot of information on the way! I was super thankful for the ride, I wish it was longer. Mr. Lee is the best person to have at the front because he makes you feel like family and that they'll do their best to take care of you. I'm glad I now have a place to go that I'm comfortable with. FYI: We choose this place because my husband asked Gemini to search for the best auto shop to assist with my brakes. Gemini called around and narrowed it down to 5. RH auto was #1 lol.

I broke down on I-95 and was towed in to Richmond Auto. They diagnosed the problem as the transmission was overheating and not shifting. Within two days they repaired my vehicle as I was staying in a motel. Everyone was very kind and professional . I was able to return to Florida without any problems. They replaced my radiator and this solved the issue. I am very grateful for the job they completed.

Wow!! Such a great, super friendly shop!! I was greeted with the highest respect and introduced to just about everyone there!! I had a great experience after previously trying 2 other garages for service that day!!
