Can not say enough wonderful things about this shop. Tim is amazing and went above and beyond when dealing with the insurance company. My sons car was hit by a friend and they didn't report it or get a police report ( yes he has learned his lesson ) but it made it really difficult to deal with the at fault company ( State Farm) . They didn't want to pay for half of the damage and Tim continued to work with them and submitted a few supplemental claims. He also put OEM parts wherever he could even though insurance wasn't going to cover that either. Just fabulous customer service and did great body work. Car looks better than before the accident. I highly recommend Lucky Body Shop

What a great experience!! I never do it but I must give this review for Mr. Jack at Lucky Auto body. I went there to have my car inspected and absolutely great behavior and professionalism. He guided me step by step and advised me on what I needed. Let me add I just left the shop 15 minutes ago and I’m writing this review.
