I recently took my 1972 VW Manx to High Tech Motorsports for an alignment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The car had been pulling and was difficult to keep straight after some front-end work, but their team quickly diagnosed the issue and got everything dialed in perfectly. A special shout-out to Simon on the alignment rack. He took the time to carefully go through the setup, make the necessary adjustments, and ensure everything was right. His attention to detail and expertise really showed in the final result. The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. My Manx now drives straight, feels much more stable, and is a pleasure to drive again. If you’re looking for a shop that knows how to properly align and work on specialty vehicles, I highly recommend Hitech Motorsports. Drove all the way from California in my 2026 RWD Cybertruck just to have High Tech Motorsports & Fabrication install the non-motorized tonneau cover — and honestly? Worth every damn mile. These guys are the real deal. No fake sales pitch. No “dealer energy.” No trying to upsell me into carbon fiber cup holders blessed by NASA engineers. Just straight-up honest people who know what they’re doing. Huge shoutout to Jen and Hunter. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and refreshingly blunt in the best possible way. They tell it like it is, which is becoming rarer than a parking spot at Costco on a Saturday. You ask a question, you get a real answer — not corporate word salad. The install quality was excellent. Clean fitment, attention to detail, no weird panel gaps, no “good enough” mentality. They treated the truck like it was their own. You can tell immediately when a shop actually respects craftsmanship instead of just chasing invoices. The funniest part is I literally crossed multiple states for this install, and somehow these guys were still less exhausting than dealing with local shops back home. If you own a Cybertruck and want work done properly the first time by people who actually understand fabrication, tolerances, and customer service without the fake Instagram influencer nonsense, go here. 10/10. Truck’s happy. I’m happy. My electricity bill is probably happier too now that my gear isn’t flying out the bed at highway speeds.

Through and through impressed: The website does a great job of showcasing their capabilities and makes it easy to contact them. Contacting them, they are professional yet personable, talk through with you what you might need and the estimated costs of such services. When making an appointment, they additionally send an estimate/invoice for you to sign that very clearly shows what services are going to cost, clearly outline any fees that might be incurred, which for me was disposal and environmental fees for tires, which is expected. I scheduled for 9 AM and showed up right on time, and in less than 5 mins and in the process of checking in, they were pulling my car in for service. They make sure at check in to go over the services you’re requesting one more time to make sure you’re okay with it. The lobby has regular amenities like coffee, water, etc. Jen was super nice, their cat was mad cute, and they are all friendly and helpful. Simon (I think that’s your name I’m terrible with them I’m sorry bro) asked before starting on the alignment if there were any specifics I’d like to set for the alignment. I changed to a significantly wider tire than I had previously (stretched 215s on a 17x9 wheel to a crispy 235). After replacing the tires, they checked fitment and forewarned me that the change in size was definitely going to be a concern with fitting in the wheel well on the rear and made suggestions to correct the issue straightaway. With this, they were also clear on what it would cost to roll and pull the fenders to fit comfortably. They took care of tires and had my alignment done in the exact timeframe you’d expect services done. Everyone working was motivated and working diligently, no one dragging their feet in any regard. While waiting, overheard the service advisors Jen and the other gentlemen doing a fantastic job with updating customers on any issues that might have come up or asking questions to efficiently service their customer’s vehicles, and going above what was expected by the customer to ensure that the service done was done with high quality and reliable parts. Simon made good and sure to make sure the alignment was on point, pulling my car back in to make his last adjustments to make 100% his work was on point. Simon came in after finishing, let me know about the specs he set, made recommendations for damper settings, advised to have corner balancing done to assist with weight distribution for my specific use. They also sent me another copy of the final invoice that included the specs set. I’m always the type to be very VERY sus of others working on my car, and they did a stand up job. Already have plans for more work. You guys are dope and define how even standard repair facilities should operate.

I’ve been a customer here for a long time, and Simon is simply the best. I’ve come in multiple times for alignments, and every visit has been excellent. It’s rare to find a shop that lets you step into the workspace and walks you through the specs in detail. Simon really knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get the most out of their suspension setup. The pricing is fair, the service is great, and the expertise is top notch.

Be advised. My car has been in and out the shop 3 times because of their fault. When I first called they said they could properly adjust my camber and ride height I had even told them to adjust my ball joint extenders (which they didn’t do the first time). So they ended up charging me an extra $80 for their mistake. All that for my tires to completely wear out from the inner side because they didn’t adjust my toe properly! The shop then put the blame on me for saying it’s my fault for the excessive camber wear and not toe wear. Keep in mind I should be getting 3,000 miles before flipping the tires and I only got 400 MILES out of them. To top it off, they left both of the lock nuts for one of my rear forward arms COMPLETELY LOOSE. They ended up towing it to their shop and now i’m currently still facing inner tire wear issues. $1500 down the drain.
