Do not buy from these scammers, I called and they said they had a part I needed for a specific year, drove 2 hours and waited for them to pull it for 2 extra hours then we found out they were pulling from a 2013 truck (wrong package and part doesn’t fit my car) instead of the 2023 they told us about. They then tried to go to the back to pretend like they are pulling it from a different car in which we couldn’t see, we asked for a picture of the car they said they can’t take pictures, we asked to see it they said no. Then they forcefully(one of the employee snatched the phone from our hands and turned off the call with their boss) gave us a refund with 25% of it missing even though we never got the right part. They will be taken to court, scammers Do not deal with them, buy from somewhere else

I just left this place about 5mins ago. DEFINITELY leave these shady guys alone. Everything bad you are reading in the reviews is true. The person you talk to on the phone is all the way in Alabama, the person at this office is just some shady dude who just charges you double what you were quoted on the phone. They have no actual parts at this place. It’s nothing more than a middle man scheme. You have been warned.
View on GoogleAVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! Hands down, this place SUCKS. Employees are rude and don’t care, if you call you get NO ANSWERS they just say they’ll call you back and never do. If you go in person they’re very rude, you’ll wait for HOURS and may not even get your part. And if you get your part, there’s a good chance it’s wrong and they will not refund you. These guys are scammers, fakes, and frauds. The whole place should be shut down by the FTC.

View on Googlestay away. dishonest business and people we provided vin numbers to match the items requested 2025 ford f150 4x4 2.7 frame what we we got is 5.0l frame which is different and was not disclosed at the time of sale. promised to warranty if any problems arise. after frame did not match ours. asked to replace it. all we got that he will take care of it. after 2 month !!!! of text messages exchange promised to make refund adjustments to make this frame work because he does not have replacement. for next following month he was lieying refund posted every week, but we never received it. Stay away from this dishonest Alex and his partner Donny
