Eric and Marina were so awesome during my time of need. From the moment my tire busted on the interstate in the middle of traffic and I was panicking, they made the entire situation so much easier. After pulling to the side of the road, Tire Plus was one of the first companies I called, and their warm voices, affordable prices, and great communication immediately reassured me. They gave me detailed directions to the shop, explained the type of tire I needed, and even went over what came with the tire, such as the warranty. At that point, I knew going to their facility was the right choice. Once my car made it to the shop, I was in and out within 30 minutes. Marina was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and Eric answered all of my questions regarding my tire. Instead of trying to persuade me into buying more tires, he honestly explained that my other three tires still had plenty of life left in them. Service was decent, but I had to wait a bit longer because they were finishing a truck tire job. Once they got to my car, everything went smoothly. Tire balancing was done carefully and the ride feels more stable now at higher speeds.
