The Shop is a great place to take your Range Rover or European vehicle if you’re encountering serious problems with major components. My Land Rover dealership referred me to The Shop. Eli the (owner), Nicole the receptionist and team are awesome. They completed a thorough diagnostic on my truck and provided a ‘root cause analysis.’ Not only did they provide a root cause, but their mechanic took me to the back of the shop — opened the hood of my truck and provided a detailed visual explanation, while using a dedicated multi-system scan tool of some sort (specialized software) which allowed ‘me’ to see the culprit! They also took the time to empower and educate me on the different components of my engine, etc. In my case there were several issues. Eli allowed me time to make a decision about my truck and didn’t pressure me. They were very transparent. I made a decision to sell the truck and purchased a new car — as the cost of repairing the truck was too exorbitant — but very reasonable compared to Land Rover dealership pricing. Here’s what you should know: The Shop is a team of honest, courteous, dedicated and seasoned, certified professionals with a focus soley on ‘British cars and trucks.’ If you have a heart problem you wouldn’t see a dentist. So take your European vehicle to a British shop and not one of those cookie cutter, chains —‘we can repair your car’ companies that could possibly damage your vehicle. Not everyone can work on these trucks! #lessonslearned These guys are ‘subject matter experts.’ Such a refreshing experience. Great team and above all they’re honest!

Eli and his team went above and beyond to ensure the 1990 Land Rover Defender 110 Restomod I purchased was in perfect running condition. In addition to the perfunctory checks, he went deeper to make sure the electrical system and full drivetrain were perfect. He wound up finding a failed bearing that I hadn’t noticed making noise. He also suggested the replacement of a low quality digital dash, with a classic looking but modern analog display that they helped fabricate to look original. I was kept in the loop on all the work and they ensured I had photos and video of the work. Great job. Highly recommend their work!
